I would have sent this to an old friend of mine, were we still friends. She would have loved the gentleness of this video. I miss her still, but not as much as I used to. I love seeing other people hand sewing book bindings with the coptic stich. I learned it almost a decade ago and have bound so many books since then. I read that it was created by monks because they wanted their books to hold up for hundreds of years.
