@@TrxPsyche It's a meme on Holo JP MC server by Aqua, Haachama, and other "Hololive Resistance" members to erect golden YAGOO statues, usually in areas where they're visible to a lot of people or places a lot of people go through, and the customary meme response is for the statue to be creepy (the smile, the fact that it's arms and hands are like small buds sprouting from it's face like an Ao Oni version of YAGOO, the fact that you have to pass under its legs because of how close to the ground it was built, etc), although the meme that YAGOO is creepy or disgusting was already floating around before that, I think it's the golden YAGOOs that really solidified the reactions.
Just a little tip: You want to have an additional black border around the subtitle text. Only having the white with a colored border doesn't provide enough contrast for it to clearly separate itself from the background especially in clips like this. I didn't even notice that more than half the clips even had subtitles, and you don't want all that work to be missed.
Thanks! I actually used different text color borders to match the Holomems color scheme (Watame with yellow, Suisei with blue) but yeah i looked at the text and its kinda hard to see them, so yeah i'll use all black borders from now on
@@suivirusch5959 If there's a way to do a second outer border color, you can keep the text color outline that matches the HoloMems still, if not you might be able to just change the text color itself to match, but there's something to keep in mind if you do. The reason Meme Text is always white with a black outline is because it guarantees that there's a large enough contrast ratio to separate the text from the background regardless if it's pure white or pure black. If your text is dark, you need a lighter outline to make it clear. The key is that you want a high contrast ratio between the text and the outline. Pure black on white is 21:1, but anything that's a contrast of 7:1 is extremely good, and below 4.5:1 will start to become difficult to see. There are a lot of contrast checking tools online that you can use to check those between two different colors. The ratios I'm mentioning are all for accessibility standards around visual impairment, so most tools will give you a quick pass/fail on those ranges. Hopefully that helps out to make sure people can all see your hard work, and thanks for making these videos!!
