Maybe I'm weird, but I find Ancient Age to be a tasty bourbon, and it's cheap. I actually find it smoother than Maker's Mark with a very similar taste.

You were not given much assurance to live past 50..a lot of times not past childhood. People today think nothing of living to 90 or 100. This seemingly makes one cling ever harder at life and comforts, especially as you get older. That's my theory anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️
