How to change the time format of the watch?only the watch faces are synced on my phone's time format. The watch is on 24 hr time format.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know I can turn off the screen by covering it with my hand. I always just wait until it auto turns off :D I have two questions, tho. On my home screen with the clock, weather and all, in the left bottom corner, it shows a green man with a number underneath and I cannot find what it's referring to. On the right bottom corner, near the heart rate, it shows a blue water drop symbol which I also don't know what it means. Underneath that is a number, usually in the 80s. Would appreciate any help, thanks.
The green man refers to standing hours. Standing hours are recorded when you stand up and move at least 20 steps per hour.
The water drop probably refers to humidity.

Can you change the presets in the "timer" app? I often brew herbal tea for 6 minutes, but there's only a preset for 5 minutes. Meanwhile there are presets for 1 hr which I would never use
You need to press the "+" buttom at the bottom and you can add the number of minutes you like!

noone tell us how to setup english version.....i am from Romania, i buy China version, to pair with app is necessary to select Country China....but language change to chinese instantly. When i turn on the watch i set english....but when i connect, chinese .......can you help me please ? TY
Language in your phone needs to be english, i had other language as a default on my phone and that also happened to me, after i paired it changed to chinese, just set language of your phone to united states or smthing and it should work when you pair them and stay in english
