I honestly get the vibe that this show was meant to have an underlying message of discomfort in the almost indigestible beauty of the entirety of the show itself. This is absolutely genius in my opinion. Every thing about this show is overwhelming in the best way.

There was no cohesion or message that had focus. I can’t tell if it’s for club kids, or some dystopian pessimist angry w the world. I understand it’s not for the masses or mainstream. This customer is cultivated over decades. Fashion just can’t be bizarre for bizarre sake. It must be relevant. The relevance here was very few and far between. It’s called editing. EDITING!
There are some amazing and beautiful pieces like the suits and satin corset pieces. Their are also really ugly yeezy looking garments. Hopefully next collection they stick with the satin pieces (and get better music 😂)
Vivienne looks great with her natural white hair now.... even though she was fabulous as a redhead.... It's somewhat entertaining to see such a show, but really, all these clothes are horrible... no one would wear them... Even if they give it all to a charity shop after the show... no one would buy them... homeless people living on the street wouldn't even wear them... I guess the Bride is going to stab her husband on the wedding night?

V Westwood...is not lazy...however this is not a pretty collection...it's sort of what I would call a collection of original stand alone pieces...seemingly competing for the limelight.The models did their work...really strong attitudes overall..but not my favorite V W collection.
honestly Vivienne's ready-to-wear pieces are fairly affordable compared to other main stream designers. everyone is so used to buying $5 t-shirts, so define expensive.
Keep in mind it's more expensive because it's not made in sweatshops. The people that make it actually get paid. So be cautious when complaining how expensive clothes are. Slavery needs to be avoided.
