aww and aaron's reaction to Ed's question: "oh, are we gonna start seeing each other?" "what?..no......shut up." *sigh* aaron is still a little kid lol
I love that Aaron is so uncomfortable speaking about his feelings but trys to do it anyway. He learned alot. And he ist asking Paddy for advice! Its a huge step!! But what is it about ed???? He makes Aaron open up to him and than let him down. Poor Aaron! That was such a huge step. God... The minute he takes all his courage to do so, he immediately gets hurt. I could cry right now!!!
Ed takes my breath away and makes me melt. Paddy and Chas are too funny about this. Ed:"Is Aaron around? Aaron: Sightly waving to Chas "No, I'm not here." Chas: "He's right there." LMAO!!!
Actually I think the reason they don't make him pull up his t-shirt more is because then they would have to makeup in his scars from when he would cut himself on his chest and stomach every time he did have his T-shirt off or up!
Lucy and Dominic are so much fun to watch. It's really cool seeing how much Chas cares about Aaron and how much she likes Ed.Love how Paddy and Chas fuss over them.Hope the ending feels as good as this.
First time watching this episode and I’m in love. Paddy & Chas are flippin hilarious and Ed and Aaron are simply something. What if Ed came back in 2019???
I have been and always will be a massive Aarson fan but I have to say Aaron has finally found his man in Ed... erm..in every sense of the word...Their facial expressions are just amazing to watch
Love the fact that aaron went to paddys on the proviso that he was babysitting leo, he was actually up for babysitting and that is incredibly adorable!!!
How great are Chas and Paddy!!! I can't remember when I last saw this brilliant acting on this show or any show for that matter.Bravo bravissimo both of you!
I really like this episode, the charactorisations and the banter between Aaron and Paddy, I've missed that "father"/"son" interplay between them, seems like ages since Aaron and Paddy have had a serious chat together, and it was so nice to see. Will miss Danny playing Aaron after his last episode airs. I think that he is one of the best actors on Soap Opera today, loved his storyline.
I love how when Aaron was first coming out he was so afraid of other people knowing and leaving him because of it especially his mom.. and now hes annoyed at how everyone is always concerned with him and always in his business.
"Aaron, do you think you can help me out with something...Can I start telling jokes about rugby players or is it too soon, cuz you know there's a whole world of innuendo about tackle, funny shaped balls..." hahahahahahaha!!!
I love this episode. I know this is the third time I've commented, but I can't help myself. The scene where Aaron is narrating the exchange between he and Ed to Paddy and then slowly comes to the conclusion that he has made a mistake was incredible. Danny Miller subtle delivery and steady committment to the character's process is amazing! I've said it before, but I am going to miss Danny Miller.
This lucky bastard keeps attracting the most amazing guys! What's his secret? His killing stare? His gruff manners? The way he bares his truly wounded soul? Because he's hot as hell?
'Ed come back, he likes, he's just being an idiot'. She couldn't be more wrong, Aaron had all the right to say everything he said. Come on Chas have some faith in Aaron for once in your life.
Paddy!! Could he be more insightful and nuturing? I love the way he guides Aaron into discovery he may have done the wrong thing by pushing Ed away. Kudos to Danny Miller for playing that scene with perfection. We all need a Paddy in our lives!
It is really nice to see Aaron, for once being submissive for lack of a better term. When Ed shows him his scar, reaches forward - takes his head in hands and KISSES HIM, my heart melted. No, pulling away - NO resistance - just simple acceptance. Got to love it. Our boy has finally grown up and adjusted.
I've been loving the banter between Aaron, Chaz, Paddy and Cameron in these recent episodes. Its been very funny, like old times. They are all so sweet together. Wish we could have more of this writing style. Can't wait to hear Paddy's rugby jokes! Sorry to hear here that characters may be leaving. And why pursue a guy when you're leaving the country soon??? Agg not fair. Aaron is such a soft hearted guy I don't want him getting hurt again. Also Ed is very small for a rugby player.
I don't agree with this line of thought that Danny Miller's reluctance to kiss guys effects his acting of Aaron. Aaron is a very self conscious guy who's been hurt badly throughout his whole life and been rejected at one point by everyone in his life (except Paddy).I think Aaron's very character is stand offish and doubts everyone's intentions towards him and this can come across as him being uncomfortable and sexually awkward when he's really just shy and inexperienced in this area of his life.
Paddy and Chaz are hilarious in this one! I miss this old Paddy! He's not fun anymore! Well I guess he's going through a lot right now that's sucking his sense of humor out of him! Shame! People would start liking him again if he was some semblance of his old self! Miss his old self!
Aww I love Chaz (Lucy), Aaron, Ed, Paddy, Hazel... I mean, HOT gay guys, always a essential part of the show like in no other big soap, the best straight friend ever (Adam), the best writting, the best acting, most emotive and powerful storylines... I love it, how couldn´t I? I think it´s just perfection. And that kiss with Ed´s hands in Aaron´s face... sweet
After all this time, after EVERYTHING they've been through, you'd think Aaron could treat Paddy - who offers nothing but unconditional love - with a smidge more warmth.
I'm proud of Aaron. Comparing this to the first time he and Jackson REALLY talked (at Paddy's place) he's come a long way. lol @ Chaz's sotto voiced "No! No Ed don't go. He like's ya, he's just bein' an idiot!" and her whole speech about "normal normal" and "gay, in the old fashioned sense of the word"
Well looks like Aaron's exit will be leaving to Paris with his new bf, at least I hope it is cause that means the door for a come back will be open, which wouldn't be the case if he is killed off.
I can't help of liking Ed - he knows what he wants and he is honest about it.. it was just sad to hear how Aaron thought it was more and was about to let him in.. I think I will watch some of the first episode with Aaron and Jackson just to enjoy their "honnymoon" by the way - I love Paddy - he's such a nice and funny guy - lol
I am in the USA here but have "LOADS" of family in the UK. mom, MUM is from there. Anyway I hope the producer's of the show etc. decide to bring these two back from time to time. I did a vote thing on some internet page about a month back awhile ago and stated that they should make these two go off together,..... and it seems that they are heading that way. I stated this so as that they could bring them back to the show often.
I love Paddy so much...lol "Can I start telling jokes about rugby players or is it too soon?"
"He was dead interested."
"Really?"
"Yeah, in that kind of disinterested way that Aaron is about most things in life."
haha Chas cracks me up. "No, no, Ed, dont go. He likes you, he's just being a idiot."
'Self-harming murderer". Oh Aaron. It wasn't murder it was assisted-suiside.😢😢
aww and aaron's reaction to Ed's question:
"oh, are we gonna start seeing each other?"
"what?..no......shut up."
*sigh* aaron is still a little kid lol
Aaron: "Would you stop looking at me like that?" Paddy: "How would you like me to look at you?" haha
love paddy!!! he's the dad aaron needs in his life
I love that Aaron is so uncomfortable speaking about his feelings but trys to do it anyway. He learned alot. And he ist asking Paddy for advice! Its a huge step!!
But what is it about ed???? He makes Aaron open up to him and than let him down. Poor Aaron! That was such a huge step. God... The minute he takes all his courage to do so, he immediately
gets hurt. I could cry right now!!!
Chas and Paddy are killing me, hilarious!
+7MonarC I agree. Paddy says to Chaz....:you're meant to be the gobby one." LOL
"...tackles and funny shaped balls" - Patrick is a LEGEND ★
Ed takes my breath away and makes me melt. Paddy and Chas are too funny about this. Ed:"Is Aaron around?
Aaron: Sightly waving to Chas "No, I'm not here."
Chas: "He's right there."
LMAO!!!
Aaron for the sake of your fans pull up your tshirt more often!!!
+brknlv I agree
Actually I think the reason they don't make him pull up his t-shirt more is because then they would have to makeup in his scars from when he would cut himself on his chest and stomach every time he did have his T-shirt off or up!
On that note I would like to see emmerdale do a storyline where they show aaron accepting them or not being self concious about them
Aaron backed away when Ed leaned in to kiss him, and Ed had to pull him closer. Oh Danny...
I think that was what the character was meant to do.
Aaron little uncomfortable shrug at 13:07 is adorable. God bless him and his intimacy issues.
Nooo, nooo, Ed, don't go. He likes you. He's just being an idiot.
ROFL!
That's a real mom for you, supportive and insulting at the same time.
Talking about the 2016 version of Paddy! This 2012 one is the one I want him to be again! Or at least move a little back to!
Yes please!
Lucy and Dominic are so much fun to watch. It's really cool seeing how much Chas cares about Aaron and how much she likes Ed.Love how Paddy and Chas fuss over them.Hope the ending feels as good as this.
Paddy and Chas are too funny

Ed-"we're gonna start seeing each other?
Aaron: what? No...shut up. Right I'm going to get changed
😂😂anyone else see a massive elephant in the room😂😂
Love the fact that aaron went to paddys on the proviso that he was babysitting leo, he was actually up for babysitting and that is incredibly adorable!!!
Aaron, Paddy, and Chaz at their finest...I really miss the three of them on screen together!!!
How great are Chas and Paddy!!! I can't remember when I last saw this brilliant
acting on this show or any show for that matter.Bravo bravissimo both of you!

Yay! I've missed the Paddy / Aaron chats so I'm glad we had today. ;)
Paddy...."Are we really having this conversation? Again." hahaha

"It's that Mumford, and his sons." LOL.
Oh yeaaaa! Can't tell you how excited I was to see almost 15min. 15 min of pure bliss!!!!!
LOL the picture of Aaron on the side table has him in the exact outfit he was currently wearing. He really should expand his wardrobe.
Chas is such a mother in law
This was so funny. I love the rugby player innuendo! And aww, I love Ed!
Awww ... look at Aaron ... getting all grown up and dealing with adult emotions...
This lucky bastard keeps attracting the most amazing guys! What's his secret? His killing stare? His gruff manners? The way he bares his truly wounded soul? Because he's hot as hell?
the kiss was adorable, so earnest the way he held his whole head
OMG when Aaron lifted his shirt did anyone else's mouth water. Then Ed's kiss.
Ed loves Aaron's lips as much as we do. Hehe
Was aaron checking cameron
I really wondered.
Cameron's cute though... wouldn't blame Aaron for looking.
It was great to see Paddy and Aaron talking again. I´ve missed seeing Paddy. Poor Aaron though, finding Ed and now hearing he´s going away.
'Ed come back, he likes, he's just being an idiot'. She couldn't be more wrong, Aaron had all the right to say everything he said. Come on Chas have some faith in Aaron for once in your life.

wow that Ed is hot!
I love the way Ed looks at Aaron, it makes me sequel like a little girl
let me guess; turquoise t-shirt with grey hoody? how could I have possible known, right...lol
6:12
Jeez, Paddy, you didn't have to come at me that hard...
hahaha..... "cuz you're meant to be the gobby one".
Thanks for posting this....Way cool...
i'm going to be drunk seeing them drink so much beer!!!:) glad te see aaron with Ed!!
As much as I don't like Ed, calling Aaron a tease was the best line evar!
I've been loving the banter between Aaron, Chaz, Paddy and Cameron in these recent episodes. Its been very funny, like old times. They are all so sweet together. I swear @ 9:06 my heart melted when ed came in and "what wouldn't have worked?" Perfect moment
I don't agree with this line of thought that Danny Miller's reluctance to kiss guys effects his acting of Aaron. Those are the same stairs Robert told Aaron I love you.
Question: Does the phrase "on your bike"' mean get away from me/leave me alone?
+Ryan Je yes
I like that phrase. I will start using it over here and I'm sure no one will know what I mean...haha.
+Ryan Je i've noticed your comment a lot. where you from if you don't mind I'm asking
I'm from the US. I live just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. It is one of the states in the midwest of America.
+Ryan Je means get lost/go away
Paddy and Chaz are hilarious in this one! I miss this old Paddy! He's not fun anymore! Well I guess he's going through a lot right now that's sucking his sense of humor out of him! Shame! People would start liking him again if he was some semblance of his old self! Miss his old self!

Ed and Aaron, what a beautiful couple
"If you want to admit to being a bit Norman Bates as well, now is the time." Great writing!
Too bad they get to this just as he's leaving the show.
'they're having a...clinch' - love Paddy!!!
Chas and Paddy are too funny, I can't stop laughing.
hahaha I love Chas
"No Ed, don't go..he really likes you he's just being an idiot"
priceless.
Seriously, if all else fails in Emmerdale, PLEASE give Paddy and Chas their own spin-off show. I would pay good money to watch it. Too funny.....
I think a little more than missing Aaron I will miss his talks with paddy
lmao.. noooo noooo Ed dont gooooo, he likes you he's just being an idiot... watching this again for the first time in months i had to LOL...
Aaron's so HOT!!!!!
After all this time, after EVERYTHING they've been through, you'd think Aaron could treat Paddy - who offers nothing but unconditional love - with a smidge more warmth.
00:02 was Aaron checking Cameron's buns?
LOL at Paddy and his rugby jokes. Proper love Paddy. He is hilarious =)
Great episode and enjoyed Paddy and Chas...is this how Aaron will exit...go with Ed to France?
the way aaron says "alright" at 6:24 is so funny
I'm proud of Aaron. Comparing this to the first time he and Jackson REALLY talked (at Paddy's place) he's come a long way.
lol @ Chaz's sotto voiced "No! No Ed don't go. He like's ya, he's just bein' an idiot!" and her whole speech about "normal normal" and "gay, in the old fashioned sense of the word"
Well looks like Aaron's exit will be leaving to Paris with his new bf, at least I hope it is cause that means the door for a come back will be open, which wouldn't be the case if he is killed off.
Aaron sounds so much like Jason done(Tom clarkson-Waterloo road)
Seems confusing Ed signed contract 12 months in France but once contract ended suppose to return unless the contract renews.
I can't help of liking Ed - he knows what he wants and he is honest about it.. it was just sad to hear how Aaron thought it was more and was about to let him in.. I think I will watch some of the first episode with Aaron and Jackson just to enjoy their "honnymoon"
by the way - I love Paddy - he's such a nice and funny guy - lol
Hahaha: 'Yes he's there!' and 'No no Ed don't go, he might change his ...' I LOVE Chas!
I'll finish it, We do remember Aaron can't talk what he sees as rejection.
Does that means that Aaron is never coming back to the show???
2:13 Chas's voice is hilarious! "No, No Ed..." haha
Did they leave Leo alone in that house
The way Ed grabbed Aaron's face and kiss him...DAMN!!
I love Chas and Paddy!
Ed's shirt reminds me of Freddy Kruger's sweater.
Haha Paddy
I love Paddy and Ed is so fit. He has such beautiful lips and those cheekbones, you could ski on them. I would so like to do bad things to him.
Well .. any thing can happens in four weeks ... love is such a strange emotion.. it probably hit Aaron or both... I for one am happy for him.
Chas was soooo funny in this episode.....the woman has wicked comedic timing.
Chas is sooo funny
@MrAudienceMember that was actually in the previous episode.
The yumminess that is Ed! :)
1. I love Paddy!
2. Oh stop kidding yourselves lads, you wanna be booooy-friiiiends. haha.
3. There is no 3, just, nice ep today! :D
@MrAudienceMember rolling off my bed with laughter. Ur too mucch.
Nice writing.... again may be too soon to comment. They still can screw it up by making Aaron run after Ed to France.
how many beers Danny drunk in this show, he must be an alcocholic.
Everyone in Emmerdale is a fuckin alcoholic. They drink it like it's water.
Lol thats just england for ya
