So cleave (r special) does damage based on how much up they have left and gets weaker the lower their hp although it does have a range where it just kills them. Another thing is world cutting slash actually increases dismantles cooldown.
For hakari u can also use fever breaker and if you land it, it counts as a visual and same with the counter (r) and Megumi can swap between base and ult mode :)
