It's definitely hard being patient and waiting for your house opportunity! My boyfriend and I just bought our first house together at 21 years old at the end of December after TWO years of building plans and land fall through! Definitely wasn't the ideal time like you said because of the economy and interest but I feel when it's the right time the opportunity will just present itself! Hang in there I know it's so so so hard being patient! Good luck I love you and your videos so much!

We are waiting to buy a house because of interest rates and also we’ve heard the housing market is going to crash as well. So we decided it sucks renting but it’ll be worth the wait for that perfect house.

The rates are crazy at the moment, give it time and you’ll find something you love with an interest rate/ loan repayment that is a little lower and allows you to save! I got my industrial piercing a month ago and just went into my piercing place yesterday and got a new bar! I got a purple one with a rhinestone in the middle. In a couple months, I can go back and get it changed into a chain and I'm so excited for that and to be able to change it out by myself at home (though that probably won't be for around another 11 months or so) I love your videos!!

Uhhhh oh my goshhhh…. House hunting sucks. It’s like an emotional roller coaster. We are in an apartment and I feel ya. We do use our parents for mailing to. It sucks. There’s always a ton that go up and with in the same day there 5 or more offers. I’m like I wanna give up and literally I cry like every other day cause I just don’t understand why it’s so hard. So keep us posted.
Buying a home is scary!!! However real estate is constantly changing, and who knows if the interest rates will rise higher… so you could buy soon and then if they do go down you could refinance at the lower rate 🎉😊

If you did find a good house on the inside, couldn’t you renovate the outside of the house later down the line?
The "if I cook jhe cleans and if he cooks I clean" is how I grew up and I love it but when I move out with a roommate/spouse I think for me personally if you make the mess you clean. aka I cook dinner I'll clean up my pots and pans and my dishes but their dishes they used is theirs not mine to clean up and vice versa... this may change as I'm still living at home at 23 to save on rent for a bit till I am more stable but I do love hearing how everyone does clean up... maybe that is just me really wanting to move out???
