It's not in Chattisgarh.
It's in Orissa.
However, in the later part of the video at 18:40 it's correct.
Hi, a little correction - Manas is to the left of Dibru-Saikhowa. Dibru- Saikhowa is in Upper Assam. Also feral horses are found here.
