Kids, in the summer of 22, your uncle Barney was invited to the tonight show…
Oh god, I love him ..the way he talks about his family and everything >>>>
he is just so awesome
May i say he is legendary
To the person reading this, even though I don't know you. I wish you the best of what life has to offer 🙏 🤗❤️
Back to you
corny mo
Just what I needed to hear today! Thank you, the best for your too!
Thank you and the same 😊
V for Vendetta
I just love him.. if they ever did a Patrick Swayze movie I feel like he should play him
You know, I see what you mean. I can picture it, there are some similarities to their faces now.
Love this Human, Patrick! 💜
Uncoupled is a FANTASTIC show. Can’t wait for season 2!
Never know may have a future horror director on your hands.
My daughter watched my scariest movie The original Exorcist. She said " This was done in the 70s!? Wow I get it!" Exactly why it freaks me out so bad. Done so well before wicked special effects ect. Plus she is a movie buff like her Mama 😊❤
Henry portrait of a serial killer 1989
Can you believe that we've all watched Neil grow from little cute Doogie Howser to a full grown handsome gentleman? I feel like a proud sister lol Neil has really had a good career and has always been a sweet down to earth person.
I feel more like a lecherous Aunt.
Doogie Howser reboot, musical, something. Make it happen. Chop, Chop.
@@johnsonenglishstudio9279 There has to be a Dr. Horrible's sing-along-blog 2. Has to be.
Neil Patrick Harris has like so much going on good for him
I didn't think The Shining was scary when I was a kid. As an adult though I found it terrifying
I was 7 when the 1997 Shining TV Mini Series came out and traumatized me. By the time I saw the 1980 Shining film, it was like seeing art.
dude, this is weird, I'm binge watching how I met your mother
Same season 8 already
👍
@@itsssquin season 7, where Barney tries to get in bed with Nora
aren’t we all
And I just ordered the Bro code and the Play book
Oh... I watched the grudge and the ring when I was 9 LOL. My house is split between a dark long terrace in the countryside overseeing large trees and rice fields and I had to go in between during the night and I spent 3 years running full speed in the dark until I got over it xD.
My daughter loves the shining. Looking forward to him being the bad guy in Doctor Who
Is that true? Will NPH actually be in Doctor Who?
The Shinning is in fact the scariest movie of all time 🤣 I was also 11 when I first watched it and cried the last 20 minutes of the movie and my mom made me watch it till the end 😂. I am definitely still traumatized at almost 41.
No it ain’t. I love the shining, it ain’t scary.
The Shinning? What's that one about, a street hockey league gone rogue? "This time... they didn't get off the road when someone yelled 'car'!"
@@burnyizland i don't know a horror film about a hockey league. But i know Jason where's a hockey mask in friday the 13th. To be honest i don't really watch horror films, they're not my thing The Shining is different, i just watched it cause i love older movies and it was being referenced alot, so i felt like i had to watch it, now i love it.
@@evetyler05 Bless your heart. The OP spelled shining with an extra N and there is a word in hockey, shinny, which refers to hockey played in the street, during which the players have to stop playing whenever someone yells 'car' or risk being run over. I was making a joke.
@@burnyizland well, i know nothing about hockey, so thanks for that info.
I’m like the opposite of her, no horror movies for me. Stranger things s4 was scary enough 😅
Wondercade is just like Barney's Blog except even more talking about magic but way less talking about women lol
Yes 😂
NPH , I love him ! I love that he loves his family so much and his husband so much, they're all wonderful people. I am a huge fan of NPH, everything does for work, Broadway, TV, movies. He's just amazing at what he does. I am in awww of him. I absolutely love Uncoupled, I hope there's more and more seasons to come! Please know that you are awesome and fantastic. I also love WonderCade ! I could go on and on even more. NPH you have a special spot in my heart for you. I am just one big fan
Great job coming up with wondercade, Neil! Coming up with new words shows creativity and vision. Visiativity!
Uncoupled is an awesome show! Very universal subject and the fact that the humor is too, makes the show sooooooooo relatable and addictive.
i really love neil, his acting is just amazing, i've been watching his shows since i was a little kid and i still can't help it!!!
Shout-out to his version of Unfortunate Events? Some episodes were just amazing. Especially the musical one and then "The End". He was awesome in it.
@@EmpyreanLightASMR
Awesome? Barney Stinson???
i loved
Barney and Ted meet again. 😄
I've loved NPH since Doogie ❤️ ♥️
My brother had nightmares about THE EXORCIST at 14. It really didn't bother me much but 30 years later, he got really mad when my phone went off during Christmas dinner and my ringtone was the Theme from the EXORCIST (NO ONE has that). He had to explain all this to his kids who where wondering why Dad was so annoyed at my phone call.
I met Neil when he was Mark in Rent. The picture is still my greatest treasure.
Proud of you, admire you. And thank you!
Barney Stinson 🔥🔥
Am I the only one who couldn't focus on the interview because I was staring at his jacket the whole time?
Dude why do I think I am the only one who thinks of the movie Smurfs😩
I've got a pic on my phone of Neil with my daughter and son in law at Disney World where they met him.
NPH, years later, still look the same. Ever so charming and loving..😊🥰
He's a cool dude. Shining was really scary. My Dad went to that hotel where they filmed it. He refused to go inside because he thought the place was creepy.
Love you Neil Patrick Harris 💕
but he act perfect
Oh yeah, he’s playing a new returning villain from Doctor who, the celestial toy maker.
Funny, my parents used to take me to the R rated movies. They took me to "Looking For Mr. Goodbar" OML, I'll always remember that movie as one of the most frightening movies I've ever seen as it's reality based, it could happen, and likely does! You want to be freaked out, watch this movie! 😁👍✌
I don't know how, but I've never heard of it. Now I'm gonna have to look it up and watch 😁
The film is based on Roseann Quinn who was a schoolteacher in New York City. She began teaching at St. Joseph's School for the Deaf in the Bronx, where she taught a class of eight eight-year-olds. She also attended night courses at Hunter College and had completed about half of the requirements for a master's degree in her specialty of teaching the deaf.
@@RaymondHng I had no idea, thanks for that info. If anyone wants to look up what the movie is about, you can read about the real life woman who was the victim in the movie here. 👍✌en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roseann_Quinn
NPH was my first crush. I still have the TV guide of when he did Doogie Howser. 🤣He’s such a beautiful human. ❤️ Would LOVE to see him on Broadway one day. Can’t wait to see Uncoupled. 👍
Doogie Howser
Hey Neil Patrick Harris, Big fan here... Everyone who is a fan of How I Met Your Mother, wants from you Barney's blogs, wingman's tips and playbook chapters on your website or any other with new URL...it would be a marvellous way for barney's character fan like me. That's the request to the HIMYM team and NPH.
Jimmy Fallon Neil Patrick Harris young daughter shining awesomeness job interview
when he talked about inventing the word wondercade he could have said patent pending… missed opportunity
I love Uncoupled.
Brooks Ahsmanskas ♥️👏 is so talended.
Is so underrated in Hollywood, shame.
Is the real MVP of the show.
Watch Uncoupled. It was was very well done. Its not even a gay thing. The star was actually his best friend costar. She was funny as hell.
My 14-year-old son watches scary movies but he doesn't freak out because he knows in the movie whatever is indicated couldn't be the real world but the reality is in real life he is spooked
Me and Neil are best friends...in my head. Lol. He seems like such a down to earth guy, and probably fun to hang out with. ❤
Honestly I feel the same and I have got the worst imagination but yeah I can imagine him being a guy that I am talking to he'll listen and help if I have any issues
@@Isaac_Clarke exactly. 😃
@@toriwisdom8385 Honestly the vibes we get from Patrick are just so positive and great. Glad I am not alone in thinking how great it would be to be his friend and have good scenarios in your head
@@Isaac_Clarke I feel you. Now I'm starting to think you and I could be best friends. Lol have a good night. ❤
@@toriwisdom8385 Well I would be happy to be your friend and hope you have a good night too
Well he did say she was 11 and he also said it's a psychological horror so it makes sense she couldn't understand the deeper meaning behind the Horror Classic
NPH should show his daughter The Ghost and Mr Chicken
$200 for some love stains in the back 😄💕👍
My dad told me that The Shining was the scariest movie he ever watched too, however, when I watched it I loved it and its one of my favourite movies now. I love the more psychological horror.
I binged that show in two nights and LOVED it. Hope they will have another season!
Marvel should get him to a play a live action of Spider-Man in secret wars
Inventing a new word being IRL Barney Stinson 😁 from impossissible to wondercade ❤️🔥
Just signed up to Wondercade. Don't think I didn't notice the wink in yourvideo, Patrick
I’m on Issue 43, been a fan since the beginning
When Neil said "Raise them gender neutral" Jimmy with the awkward laugh was like ok yeah are you serious
I’m with jimmy I can’t watch the trailer either
Well what's a scary movie compared to being ritually a ubused by Hollywood elite?
the shining is not scary, it never scared me even when i was little
Signed up. Love NPH. Would love a Box Two
my question is: but have they seen The Smurfs😏😂??
Neil Patrick Harris is wait for it....... Legendary
Love Neil
Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher.
My daughter was watching horror movies from like 2 and up. Loved them. Never seen a toddler with such an attention span. She would watch the original dawn of the dead over and over. She loved peter jackson's Dead Alive a lot too.
so weird watching Barney Stinson without confidence
I love Wondercade, it reminds me every week to get in some hot and heavy thinking about our man Neil. Now I don't have to set a reminder on my phone.
Uncle Barney ❤️❤️
His daughter was unfazed by The Shining, I was unfazed by IT...
We may have something in common!
the man doesn‘t age..
yeah but make her READ it
Jimmy needs to stop interrupting his guests! SMH he's gonna turn into Oprah if he doesn't watch it
Yesssssss, little horror queen in the making 🙌🏻🖤🤣
Me when I saw The Birds and Psycho. I wasn't as scared but it was definitely scary for its time.
I agree with Harper I was mildly disappointed by The Shining when I was younger too, same with The Exorcist, and Evil Dead. Even this new 2023 Evil Dead is a little corny. Nightmare on Elm Street, the 1st Friday the 13th, the 1st Halloween & Candyman, were by far the scariest movies I’d seen when I was 10-11 yrs old. To this day I looove scary movies as do my children. My daughterrttt tt was 10 when she asked for the CandyMan DVD, my daughter is now 30 & the both of us are awaiting the day a truly scary movie is created.
LMAO, kids in 2022 are interesting as in what they consider scary movies or not.
Nph is the coolest of all time. ❤️
I’m sorry but doesn’t Jimmy Fallon remind you of Ted Mosby a little bit?
NPH!! I love you man!! ❤
I want to know how to record and master my own ?
It’s a great show uncoupled
Scooby Doo on Zombie Island is the greatest horror movie of all time.
Fight me.
He should have his daughter watch alot of scooby doo. Where Are You, A Pup named Scooby-Doo, Whats new Scooby-Doo, and THEN show her Zombie Island (not the crappy sequel). Scared me as a kid
If NPH lives or maybe vacations at a place where his twins can play in the snow, he ought to stand inside as they do so, giving them the creepy 'Kubrick stare' that Jack gives when Wendy and Danny are out having a snowball fight. Then, once the kids see their Dad staring creepily at them, the next time they ask him a question -- such as "Can we go to Disneyworld?" -- he should unblinkingly and mockingly answer that question with another one: "WHEN do you think MAYBE we should GO to DISNEYWORLD?!" . . . as he advances slowly and menacingly towards them. NPH is an actor, so he could probably pull off a serviceable Jack Nicholson impression. Of course, he could wait until they're both together in a bedroom, and then begin axe-ing his way through the door after knocking mischievously and saying, "Little pigs, let me come in! Not by the hair of your chinny-chin-chin? Then I'll huff . . . and I'll puff . . . and I'll blow your house in!" . . . flaunting the business-end of the axe after it chops its way through the slat of the door. THAT should teach that little brat not to dismiss THE SHiNiNG as not-so-scary!
Barney and ted get along just fine kid
Neil Patrick Harris- you should recommend "REAL ONE PLAYER" to your kids for a tech saavy scary movie, using scary movies in a satirical theme.
Amityville horror freaked me out and the hills have eyes. 😖
I think she would like the video game “The Forest”. It’s truly a jump scary type game and not too graphic(like lots of blood) there is cannibalism in it though lol
No one:
Absolutely no one:
Jimmy Fallon: *WHEEZE*
For real when I saw NPH on my notifications I was ecstatic! Its been too long since I watched him in shows. Time to binge watch Smurfs and HIMYM
It, The Shining, The Ring, The nightmare on Elm street. They are all not scary at all. The scariest movie I've ever watched is Gothica. But anyone want to recommend a really scary movie to me?
When i hear "farmer's market" my brain automaticaly replays Will Ferrell's "plums" outakes from Eastbound & Down.
Shelley Duvall is still messed up from acting in The Shining decades later so yeah...pretty scary.
I just finished How I met Your Mother just 20min ago and I was shearching for a next season or a tv show😬
Love you, keep living your best life. Congratulations and success to you and your family.
Where is the Ducky Tie??
What up!!!! Legendaarrrrrry!!!!
All these years watching How I Meet Your Mother and this foos gay
Well, I'm just watching my actor Neil and absolutly I need meet he now 😍😍😍
Legand............Dairy ❤❤
Adorable
He is AWESOME
My brother made me watch scary movies when I was a kid. I can remember hiding behind the recliner during the shining, but i never looked away from the TV..
Yeah. I turned off the shining after trying to watch it a few years ago. I was pretty bored with it.
Can confirm from teaching- kids age 7-11 are the easiest. They know how to sit still (relatively) and interact like a human being, but they haven't hit that snooty adolescent period.
