OWL on BBC1 Doorstep Crime 999

Online Watch Link (OWL) helps the public and police forces to prevent crime. OWL was featured in an episode on the BBC1 programme "Doorstep Crime 999", presented by Gloria Hunniford. This story* is about how a very timely alert sent from the police via OWL prevented a lady from becoming a victim of a distraction burglary. OWL currently operates in Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, Gwent, North Wales, Carmarthenshire and Bradford.
