      @VVayVVard 4 роки тому

      @@ekjas_siket Evolution works based on DNA mutations leading to the expression of proteins that are beneficial for survival and procreation, which become enriched in a population via natural selection. I suggest reading a high-quality biology textbook (e.g. Campbell Biology) if you want to know the detailed mechanism behind it.
      As said, needles are a by-product of evolution. Evolution cannot directly create needles however, since the protein machinery required for that would be unnecessarily complex. A textbook on chemistry (e.g. Nivaldo's Fundamentals of Chemistry) should give you a decent idea of why metals are generally not synthesizable by biological systems.

  • @davestambaugh7282
    @davestambaugh7282 4 роки тому

    As soon as the wheels start to turn balancing is no longer needed. This is a wide spread fallacy. The gyroscopic forces keep the vehicle upright. They have made two wheeled cars that have two extra wheels that only work when the wheels are not turning. As soon as the wheels start to turn the extra wheels retract and no longer are needed to support. Many people who have never ridden a bicycle or scooter think incorrectly assume that you have to balance all the time. This is why so many of these people think that they can only ride a tricycle like a four year old needs to . Science is rarely considered. The robot does not have a gyro because the wheels serve the purpose.

    To all the peeps talking about rise of AI and terminator-like situation : relax guys. Even the most advanced AIs publically demonstrated aren't the "smart" y'all are thinking about. See, they're basically run on billions of parameters and are heavily guided by human intervention.
    In my very humble opinion, unless we figure out how to engineer the concept of emotions into them, we're still top of the food chain. Our current models basically work on what data is fed to them I.e they grow and learn based on what you teach them. What I expect is that true AIs (of the future) will actually depend on the people who nurture them. Im pretty sure their integration into this world (and humanity) will be seamless. Besides, all this stuff is decades away.
    Not sure how the govt. agencies are faring though.

      In the 20th century Japanese company started to make robots that could prevent and help the world, instead of just making anime cartoons to kids to watch all around the world. They have genius bastards...

    // The code used to make the bot ride this bike, is probably looking similar to this.
    // This is indeed, very simplified but it can help some curious folks to understand what is going on inside the "brain" of this bot.

    BotFeets.RotatePedals(True);
    // loop this when bot is moving
    while( speed > 0 )
    {
    GetSpeed (speed);

    This is amazing, I took a robotics course at a community college and we built a robot car using Python, it was so difficult to have my car not avoid some simple objects and then there is this robot riding around on a bicycle, long way of saying I am highly impressed 😳

    Now it's 2021. The robot can control balance, fly and perform the tasks assigned by humans. I think it will become the era of robot industry. Large enterprises will use robots to replace assembly line workers, and small enterprises will still use cheap labor workers.

    I thought this was new, like 2019 new. Then realized it's an old video from 2011. What's with all these old UA-cam recommendations randomly popping up after years? I don't mind older videos about science, history or animals. But technology, it gets dated pretty quick. UA-cam gotta work on refining the context of these recommendations else it ends up being underwhelming
