  • Elliott was recruited to play at Division 1 school UC Davis. After college, Elliott began pursuing a professional career and spent time training throughout Europe before joining Swedish third division side, Yxhults IK.
    After his time in Sweden, Elliott would come back to the States and would end up signing midseason for USL powerhouse, Sacramento Republic, where he would make 66 appearances for the club. Elliotts mindset was what set him apart. He’s been able to look at “setbacks” as opportunities to grow. Throughout the episode, Elliott details examples of his competitive nature and how he's learned to tailor his desire for improvement to influence all aspects of his life.
