If you go the PhotoPea route, I’d suggest having a colored background that has NONE of the colors in the design. That way when you delete that color, it leaves the rest of the design intact. .
Thank you so much, this was so helpful! I've already levelled up my design skills and my Canva skills and knowledge just from your video. It's a game changer for me. 😊
Excellent video! I am a big fan of Canva free, but background removing sometimes is very time consuming and frustrating, so Canva pro is a smart option I need to budget for! I love learning with you!
Please do a video about color seperation. And tell us is it necessary for POD tshirts or the provider will deal with that. I have heard black does not print on black, etc. Please share your thoughts.
Black does not show up on black but we don't have to worry about color separation with POD you just need to make the parts that you want the t-shirt to show through transparent
Thanks for the video once again Juna! I have a question regarding adding stars: Is there any specific rule you follow when to add stars to fill up space and when not to?
I like to space them out an they work best on solid backgrounds. I really just go by feel and not try to use too many of them. They are an accent and not the main design element.
Hello your videos are very helpful, I have a question how can you remove the background of inside texts that do not disappear when you remove the background in photopea? thanks for reply, have a nice day
@@WendF-be5uf I think it’s fairly straightforward especially if you have experience with designing software you could figure it out. If not, you can always UA-cam videos to help design T-shirts or what not.
Thanks for another banger video juna❤... quick question could you give me advice on how to make a name for my POD store. Im ready to start my journey but coming up with a name is a huge roadblock for me
Depends... you could go with your name or kind of the topic or style or just two random words that you like. The name doesn't matter too much so don't over think it.
Thank you thank you so much for sharing. I have a question, can I use canva free account to create pod design.I use free account to create my design and my account got removed.
Thank you Juna, sometimes I do not understand Teepublic, I try to go from apprentice to artist, but it just does not work,...I'm looking at the design typography In pizza we crust , which is I believe has done with Ideogram, sometime ago, with mistakes....I do not believe that was intentional....How Teepublic sees it as an artist work?....I'm not putting anyone's work under microscope but it's just pop up in your video, and I always try to do better designs but these type of work make me doubt in all Teepublic's choice. Thanks for the video.
@@yourshorts9141 You need to combine different elements like text and an image and create a unique design. So in Juna's design, you can't just have only the pizza image and sell it, but when you add more elements like text and shapes ("mashup" like Juna said) then you create a unique design with commercial license.
You can sell Canva designs if you import your assets (images, illustrations etc..) You can also sell Canva designs if you combine them, basically don't just take an image from Canva and sell, customize the designs. Mix 2 or 3 elements together.
If you go the PhotoPea route, I’d suggest having a colored background that has NONE of the colors in the design. That way when you delete that color, it leaves the rest of the design intact. .

The video is very beautiful. Canva designs cannot be resold. canva does not allow this. Then why are you teaching people this
They can if they are a mashup of different things together
@@DetourShirts
I didn't understand what you said. Please explain with examples

teepublic makes no sense to me anymore. So many of us will not show up in search, but a design obviously made in AI and unedited can? smh😒
Yeah... I don't know their algorithm but I still think the best thing to do is create original designs that people want to buy.
