I have Speluncaphobia (Fear of caves). Whenever I find a cave, I never go inside because of two reasons.
1 - It's too dark there.
2 - There are many mobs there.

well, i have a little fear of the atmosphere of the cave sounds
I don't fear the caves but the sounds coming out of them gives me panic attack and nightmare. It was a truly terrifying experience when I entered into caves as a new player. I legit thought there would be real anomalies/evil entities hiding in there waiting to devour. I stayed on the surface for 3 days and later I was bored of logging and building, I decided to face the fear. When I entered into the cave, I went deeper as I can to search iron as well as any boss lying around. Suddenly screams ranged around me. I guarded myself with sword and didn't move a inch bc I was scared af. Little did I know, the endermen showed up and I shut the game right away. I didn't play it for 2 days and then again I came back. I was respawned into my base with empty hands. I felt really sad for losing leather gear and hand full of arrows, food and torches.
I searched for minecraft boss music and how to deal with them. It showed up only 2/3 and the ambient sounds were just to let us know there are mobs around and they don't do anything. I felt a great regret for not using the guide in the beginning and later proceed with cautions. Unlike terraria, minecraft doesn't have guide npc to make things easier for beginners. However, terraria isn't easy tho. Both of these sand box games are hard to play unless you have some basic knowledge about them.
Something that helps is shutting off hostile noises because 50% of the time, people are scared because of the mob noises. Do just turn on sub titles so you can still know if a mob is coming.

Maybe that's where this fear comes from, maybe deep inside they are scared of getting old or something and kids remind them of that, who knows.

@random person That’s a very long reply that I glanced at, but yeah, I’m scared of caves. But I told myself that if Dream can beat Minecraft within 3 hours being chased to death, surely I can go in a cave and mine iron. Now I’m not as spooked, but the nether, yeash. Idon't think that you have a phobia, becouse that is more then just freaking out and fear it is a mental illness. If yours would be a phobia then most of the time you couldn't even use your computer ore mobile phone becouse your anxienty woukd be to strong. I hate it when someone speek about a mental illness without a diagnosis, you you don't have a phobia only becouse fear something you don't have depression only becouse you are sad, so don't speak like you eould have it.

@@cary9479 You're right, I can't use my laptop most of the time and can only use it if I'm sitting against a wall. Sometimes under a blanket if I'm feeling particularly bad, even when I'm home alone, in my room with the blinds down at midnight. So yeah. Using it at school is a nightmare and nobody understands why I freak out when I'm not sitting in the back row. Also, I legitimately start crying when my dad goes through my laptop. So, um, yeah.

When I was a kid, I used to be terrified of Ocean Monuments because of the Elder Guardian jumpscare. I used to avoid them and run away if I saw one. Luckily I’m not like that anymore but now I really don’t like running away from dead ends in caves, it makes me feel like some entity is going to start chasing me. Luckily I’m recovering from that.

I dont know why,, even though I'm playing this for a long time, I still breathless when I saw all those ghosts
I can relate to fear of caves. A mob could spawn and if I’m on a cliff the mob can attack me and push me off then I fall to my death.
This one 3:43 Remebers me when I was a kid, I only explored caves with 3 stacks of torches, all stone tools, and complete leather armor, I never got iron without max protection until I fighted my fear, now sometimes I didn't even use torches, get iron and diamond on the starting, after I get hay bale blocks from a Village, I turn it into 1 pack of bread

Maybe add thalassophobia and submechanophobia.
To do thalassophobia, go in a really deep and large water body. Coral reef would be ideal
For submechanophobia, download a map of a seaport with a container ship or oil tanker or a cruiship if that map even exists, then jump off the back of the boat, then see the propellers and make your Minecraft character go crazy. Or see sea chests which are water inlets underwater in boats. If someone hasn’t made a world like that, find a shipwreck and that would be enough for the phobia to kick in

In the fear of the moon part, I thought you were gonna use the crimson moon mod. In the crimson moon mod, there is a small chance every night that the moon turns red. And it spawns much more hostile mobs that usual when that happens.

I actually only have 2 phobias (they are actually more like just fears they aren’t debilitating) and that is the fear of centipedes (Scolipendrophobia) and the fear of my loved ones being harmed or killed and I can do nothing to stop it.
