Altough the footage does show team battles which are just one character at a time and you cam switch between them i think a tenkaichi tag team 2v1/2v2 gameplay (should be an opitional choice of gameplay and have some improvements so 2v1 isnt unfair) would actually do really well in story mode where canonically the character you are using fights two opponents at once like burter and jeice vs goku

I think team battle will be like raging blast when you select multiple characters and fight till the character die or swap out but I hope it’s different and all the characters you pick can fight on the field all at the same time
They’re probably saving heavy hitters like Vegito, MUI Goku, Zamasu and Gogeta for when we’re close to release so they can get the hype up for pre-order.
I hope giants are next. I’m really hoping semi-canon forms like great ape Raditz and Nappa make it in. I also wish they would take a page out of the BT4 mod and make all Namekians capable of becoming giant.
