  • This one is for all the Kettlebell Sport enthusiasts out there 💪🏽
    16reps of LONG CYCLE in 1min with different kettlebell weights.
    Interesting for me to watch how the light kettlebells on the Left:
    2 x 16kg and 2 x 20kg
    Are going ahead,
    Middle weight 2 x 24kg
    Is slightly behind,
    And the heavy kettlebells on the right are quite late.
