You've been the closest one to my skin tone I could find that swatched these products and for that I thank you because it's been so helpful to me! Thanks also for being so honest about the formulas because most of the other people that swatched these made these products seem too good to be true.
Thank you for your HONEST opinion. I have the LA Girl liquid lipsticks and have the same issue with the light / bright pinks. The deeper tones for whatever reason look better. I now apply a lipliner under the light/bright ones and they do perform better.
Of course!! And I agree, It must be a specific pigment that makes the formula different. I felt the same way about ABH pure Hollywood, I coudn't get it to work on me to save my life! Lol

These seem very similar to L.A. Girl's matte lippies. I bought my first one yesterday in the color fleur and I'm in love! Tulle and Pacific were my fave from this bunch.

I've been wanting to try Coloupop lippies! I've had a tab open from their website for a couple days now. I've been really indecisive. It's nice to see it on medium/tan skin. I think I'm around this complexion (I like to think I'm tan but nobody agrees with me and tells me I need to get some sun) so this is very helpful!
Hahha that's too cute! It's like when people ask me how tall I am and I say 5'2 AND a half haha they tell me no need to add the half mark because I'm still short. I'm glad you found the swatches helpful!

Hi Liz! Do they transfer? I find that typical liquid matte lipsticks don't transfer. Would love a comparison of the formula and staying power to your favorite liquid matte lipstick.
I did the hand "kiss" test and it transferred just slightly (and I mean barely) but once that first transfer happened it stayed put. Almost like the first layer needed to come off.

This video really helped to choose the most appealing colors for myself &Lip swatches much appreciated:) Question though... When drinking and eating did these lippies transfer or wear down?
ashdollsitup They had a little transfer the first time you put your lips to anything but after that there was 0 transfer and it only wore off when I ate anything with oil in it.
All of them are sold out BUT on their website they do swatch on different skin tones (light, tan and dark brown), which I love. So .... just thought I'd mention that. :-)
