This was such perfect timing!! I was interested in tattooing a while ago but decided to go to school for another career. I had a bit of an eye opening experience that made me realize how much I need art in my life and how important it is to me. So here I am back on the tattoo journey🙏 thank you for posting this, I love your work and hope to get a tattoo done by you one day soon :)

This vlog couldn't have come at a more perfect time 😭 I've been passionate about tattooing since I was a young child. And when you guys mentioned the part about imposter syndrome, I felt that. I feel like that's what's been holding me back from reaching out to artists and it's a real shitty feel..... Currently I'm working on all kinds of flash, painting and trying to create every day but my social anxiety makes it so discouraging to take the next step.
However I've been getting tattooed a lot more recently by one specific artist and I might shoot my shot when her current apprentice has graduated. Fingers crossed 😩💖

Can’t remember if you’ve done this already so forgive me, but maybe you could do a mini segment in your next video of everyone sharing their client “red flags”/things to watch out for + some horror stories? Would definitely be some good info to learn from and just fun to listen to lol

Do you know ways to get yourself into tattoo shops without being an artist? I've looked around at other jobs in tattoo shops like floor/shop manager, but they require you to have years of experience which I have 0 of. How else could I get myself into the tattoo scene/surround myself with that kind of people if I'm not an artist and don't qualify to be a floor manager? :) Thankssss!

hey hey i would like to ask how can i build a clientele? i am an apprentice but my mentor told me i need to start reaching out more
I know this may seem like an obvious question but I wanna ask it anyway hahaha! I'd loveeee to be a tattoo artist but I can't draw... Do you think it's still possible to become one if you can't draw? Especially with how tech is now in terms of procreate which could aid in designing and the type of tattoo styles that are more dots and lines instead of faces and animals etc if that makes sense?? :')

Besr advice iv heard is that "you can't tattoo what you cant draw" so it's always amazing to practice every little thing you might think help 💜
