So… that item you dropped was the default bag, the one you spawn at the start of every game with, along with fists. Both of these items cannot be dropped (or the replace drop), so the server must’ve been laggy enough that you dropped it somehow. I’m sure you could have done the same with fists if you had another melee equipped. How do I know this? The suroi wiki.

Its a different server that used to exist where right clicking would drop 1 ammo
