It's actually great idea initiated by RE. Shows RE how concerned it is towards its customers. Appreciate. Thanks so much. Please also demonstrate how to fix a a punctured tube tyre. Please start providing a tube tyre puncture kit on the purchase. Because everyone knows that tube tyre or should I say spoked wheels are the best for offroad but it's a lil headache for rider to fix it at the adverse time.
Royal Enfield team, i need help. I bought the new classic 350 last month. Since day one the rear wheel is making squeaking noise when it spins. During the first servicing i asked the service Center team to look into it. They cleaned the disc pads and the noise disappeared for a day or two but it started again. Please please help me. What could be the possible issue??
@@royalenfield I need to know if there’s anything you can tell me about this noise the rear wheel is making. I went to the service centre yesterday again they cleaned the disc pads. They said after about 1.5 -2 km on the odometer the noise should go off. I want to know what the issue is. Is it a common issue? I wish I could talk to your expert team. I mentioned my phone number twice in comments here but after some time it disappointed.
Hi Swapnil, This isn’t something we’d want you to experience. Could you please call on our toll free number 18002100007 or write to us at support@royalenfield.com. Thank You.
Royal Enfield team, i need help. I bought the new classic 350 reborn last month. Soon after a few days, the rear wheel is making squeaking noise when it spins, and the back break was applied. During the first servicing, i asked the service Center team to look into it. They cleaned the disc pads and the noise disappeared for a day or two but it started again. And then I have contacted Support and I got a call from the service center for cleaning the break Pads. Even after that, I am facing the noice issue with in 5 days Please please help me. Kindly help to provide some permanent solution for this. As it was not acceptable for a New RE bike withing a Month. Even old ones does not have this sound.
@@royalenfield yes I have mailed and even tried to contact with customer support through call. But I did not hear back for a resolution or help for my problem.
most important video if we have a royal Enfield bike.... puncture is imminent and road side mechanic do not want to remove enfilde wheel by themselves...
To be a matter of fact, there is no need of greasing the axle. Everything that sits on it or touches it are stationary, so you will just attract dust by doing so.

@Royal Enfield
Suggestion is to deliver bike by the target date else its so disappointing.
This is a hearty request.
It would be great to know the recommended torque for the axle nut :-)
Wait….. some of the new models come with a drum brake? In this day and age it seems like it would cost more to put a drum on a bike than a disc.
Yeah...that's where he lost me! No disc brake. Interesting.
I wish every Royal Enfield service centre does the job this smoothly & perfectly 🙂
