There is a pair of metal ring to clamp on the idler wheel compression piston, to stop it to be compressed too much leading the track too loose and come off. Have you use it?
Hello Oliver, do you have a picture with the rings mentioned? I have the same problem, after 5m of riding both tracks fall off. And the assembly is not as easy as in your video, unfortunately very demotivating, even after the 996 has similar problems. It's not your fault, it's more of a design problem
