Hey from the South Carolina Coast. Started playing about 3 months ago and I just bought this exact one about 3 weeks ago. It's great. Heavy duty well made, great for practice. Have 50 acres of hunting land inland SC and going to set up a 9 hole course for my friends and my adult boys. For under $2k I will have a great little course. Woods, shooting lanes and open areas, good variety for disc golfing. Good review bro...
Alright I’m tuned in to your journey to go pro. I just started playing a three weeks ago and my local course is a par 27 and my best is 29 so far. Almost hit my first ace yesterday as well.
I was close to getting the Discmania basket because that's my favorite disc brand but after watching this I realize I'd be stupid not to buy this one. It's $100 cheaper, easier to setup, and more portable than the Discmania basket. Thanks for the video on this.
I have the Remix version of this - made by MVP just a different branding - it is great for parctice and temp holes and has plenty of chains albeit a bit lighter guage chains than a permanent basket.
I got the same one and I'm quite happy with it. The chains are lighter, but for a practice basket it makes you work a bit harder, making a course basket easier to hit. Plus it's well worth the $98 I paid for it.
I couldn't believe that a portable basket like that could be so heavy, so out of curiosity I looked it up and it's only 26lbs according to the Amazon listing... Time to hit the gym, Anthony!😜

This video is a year old. Can you speak to how well the basket has held up?

Yeah when I watched this back I realized I probably should have just weighed it. Definitely gotten weaker........
What a waste of money!
