Ever since I've been watching this show, I've pulled about 400+ songs mentioned thru these interviews, a lot of forgotten gems of hip hop dug up from the basement shoutout to Math, Bimmy and the MEO Crew 💯
Definitely love the show, because you forget it's a show. I get so into the conversations, very gravitating. I can easily see why these go on for hours 🙏🏾💯
Bro....the whole barbershop theme is probably what pulls a certain crowd. We grew up knowing wisdom, knowledge, and game was associated with barber shops. And when we stop at this barbershop, you guys provide those 3 elements
By far my favorite episode of MEO! Street & earth’s legend Bimmy Antney breaks his street stories down to a relatable, palpable and enthralling ride. The inevitable ups & downs of the game are relived and retold here in the barbershop alongside the industry’s most consistent crew of journalists. Props to yall! MEO gone make it!
Man this is a classic interview! I can tell Bim is a great teacher. All the knowledge and stories he has. OG aren’t built like him now a days. I hope he puts out a movie about his life, I definitely will love to watch it!
The show is D.O.P.E I love the chemistry between the cat and I love all the conversations. I've been a supporter since the beginning. Keep doing y'all thing and rising to the top of the game. Salute 💯💯💯
this interview is CLASSIC the best i've heard in a long time....coming from the West Coast i've heard of Bimmy but never really knew much about him, this is filling in all the blanks...Crazy Dope and i'm already recommending Part One to my people.
Bimmy reminds me of my uncles and dad. NYC story tellers have a certain energy that is like no other. I hope you invite Deb on the show because her story crazy also
In "My Expert Opinion" this by far has to be one of your best episodes EVER!!! Loved the Mic Geronimo and Red Alert interviews as well, and many many others but this right here, Bimmy - Classic!!!!!! (Especially the Chinese Slippers Story)
I’ont know about anybody else but I could watch Bimmy interviews everyday. Funny af. 😂 and the perfect platform. Barbershop talk is a list artform to/for our people. Respect.
#🅱️immy. I been patiently waiting for this one right here! Loving this platform to the fullest. Hoffa and The Team got something different here on this platform. The Barbershop settings create a great atmosphere for the guests to feel free and express themselves fully. This episode with this Legend Bimmy I know is gonna have everybody locked in. I was introduced to Queens in the early 90s coming on holidays from London 🇬🇧 by my Cousin who grew up and lives there. I went everywhere with him. He would tell the history of the Area and I was so intrigued by it. My favourite City in US 🇺🇸 is and always will be 🌟New York 👊🏾💥💥
The Chinese slippers thing was actually smart. And that he thought of that as an 11 year old. That way he didn't have to spend money on expensive shoes, he wouldn't have to fight, he gets to wear cheap shoes but everyone will respect it because they'll think he does martial arts. It's genius
Smart move especially considering the 70s/80s were the peak of martial arts movies coming out of Hong Kong. So it makes sense. That wave faded once Hollywood tried to get a piece of the action. Then you started seeing karate/jujitsu/bushido films coming out of Japan. Hollywood tried to get a piece of that (TMNT, Van Damm, 3 ninjas, the last samurai). After that the wave shifted to Mui Thai. Again, Hollywood tried to co-opt it as well. (Unleashed, Ung-bak, kickboxer 1:4) taekwondo might be the next one targeted by Hollywood studios. I digress… Point being, every cinematic era featured an obsession with (CQC) close quarter combat. Asian martial arts typically maintain highly popular status amongst fans. Hollywood will always try to incorporate martial arts into it’s standardized textbook approach to filmmaking. In the US boxing used to be king. (Professional) Wrestling was popular with the youth, amateur wrestling was popular with student athletes and former athletes.
Salute to Bimmy. Never heard of this dude, or watched another interview with him, but I could listen to him all day. He got one of those mafia boss voices, too. Great interview with war stories.
Totally agree with Bimmie. Caught this gem from like episode 3 and been watching since. Like he said, it's the panel of all you guys that just clicks. Plus all the guests are top shelf. Like the new school dudes but DEFINITELY APPRECIATE when the OGs are in the chair. Would definitely love to see an episode with KRS and BIGGA...🙏🏼. Keep on keeping on my guys, the SHOW definitely makes my day, stay up and stay blessed ✌🏼❤️🎤🎧
Bimmy spoke the truth about this show, being real and pray you all don't let money or anything else, break you all up, and get between your greatness and what makes this show, lit. Don't ever let money or anything come between you All 🤜🏽🤛🏽👑🙏
Also, like Yayo stated each person in that room have to be happy with the bag they receive. There might be gaps due to some people offering more to the show, hopefully everyone cool with their split.
I live right up the block from the Bronx courthouse, when I was young I used to randomly go in there and sit in the courtrooms and listen to people cases... so ironic
Bout time Math! Been coming to your channel everyday waiting for this video to drop! I have watched all of this niggas interviews! Realist interviews on the internet. Got much love and respect for this brother Bimmy! I ain’t no groupie or no jock rider but this is one guy I would love to meet. Real recognize real.

Me too. He's real hero.
