Even you can close all the windows in the morning at about 8am and put dark curtains from inside the windows and you can open all the windows in the evening till the next morning, I am doing this and I am getting a temperature difference of around 10 deg. from outside to inside temperature, If you coat lime on top of the roof then it is still better, you can try this in addition to the above video.
