Have won every treasure battle so far and up until then it was over 300 straight between 2 characters.. I had a perfect 1st round against Devil Kazuya and he touched me once in the second round.. the opponents in TB do scale to your rank but special match opponents are no different whether you are 1 dan or 100 dan. It must be because they do NOT have a rank themselves.
