Worth mentioning. Ten hag subbed off 2 teenagers for 2 senior players to join a line up of senior players. And they completely fell apart. This is the biggest example of whats wrong with this club. These senior player have got to go.

I don't think Rashford actually provided any threat on the left side - he didn't once beat the full back. Instead, he decided to cut back onto his right foot and walk with the ball and pass it backwards to his team mate. In fact, I don't remember the last time he beat an opposition left-back in a one-on-one situation.

Losing a 3-0 lead, will always be on the players and not on the manager. If the manager setup and tactics were bad, the team would've never reached a 3-0 lead

Rushford is a counter attacking player is the opposite of antony he strive well when the team sit deep and get those through balls and Antony is more of 1 2 balls in the more possession based team will work for him. The fact that there's no structure at the club has now consumed 6 managers. We have no fitness and performance coach at the club, something that even championship clubs have. For how long did you watch or play football? This is not the manager, looking to do some rotation with subs to give some players a few minutes of game time and resting his overplayed players for the next match while the team is 3-0 up for less than 30 minutes to go. He didn't change the tactic for the team to play more defensive or more attacking.
Also if you cry why he put on Eriksen that was crying about game time, Antony that started to get some form recently, while there is like 70% of the squad injured too. LB and one CB being 2 players out of position due to many injuries and somehow the manager is still at fault?
Please use your brain and read the situation the team has been through this whole season. 60 injuries in total for this season by 1 team. First eleven to be changed many times because of injuries and people wants game style, while the first eleven is different many times because of injuries. Some main players returned from injury, Man Utd looks solid for a 2, 3 games until more injuries hits again and same crap again. All of this doesn't go on the fault of the manager. Why does ETH continue to take off Garnacho when Rashford hasn't made a contribution in I don't know how long. Rashford hasn't scored or assisted since the FA Cup Quarter final. Bench him and start with Amad and Garnacho. I love Casemiro, but he clearly lost half a yard and has been making so many mistakes so why not start Amrabat and give him a run of games, really how much worse can it be? Every week we go life and death with bottom half of the table teams, it's simply not good enough. That performance was abysmal.

No, you have been questioning every manager after every disappointing game or streak and now they have to fear the fans, the press and the board. They have to fear the manager, be scared of his judgement, a manager that has to fear for his job all the time can't get that authority.

Spot on. Yes, his subs were bad. However, protecting his young players with a 3-0 lead against a championship side is reasonable. Any professional players at United should be able to manage and see off the game. The players are highly responsible. Use some common sense people.
So, why the players aren’t seeing this? Who is suppose to see them finish this? Who is paid to ascertain they finish the game with glory? ETH is paid to do this and if he can’t manage his players, he isn’t suitable to continue. He spent 400m on 11 players. Did it make a difference?
I remember seeing moments at the start of the second half where Coventry tried a little press, and it always resulted in someone panicking and hitting it long blindly, straight back to Coventry. I was thinking "uh oh here we go again" and sure enough within 20 minutes we'd conceded two and lost all control we had in the game. basically ended up camped in our own box! against Coventry! This lot just lose all composure the second things start to go wrong or change in a game
I really feel for Garnarcho. Yes, he missed 2 good chances with his right foot but he was also in really good position at least 2 times but teammate chose other options. I think there's something going on between Garnarcho & some teammates. He was still desperate for goals when he came off. Imagine watching from the bench the rest of that performance. I don't blame Ten Hag for making subs after 3 goals in an hour but he made the wrong sub.
I've seen Garnacho not olay in Rasmus a couple of times. I've many players not utilize Rasmus in any game.

The team was three nil up with Ten Hag managing them or did he only take over at minute 70. subbing of two young players should not mean the team capitulates. Ten hag has not been blameless and should go, and likely will. But let it not absolve these players of blame

i wouldn't call it stubborn when he spent a whole first season playing pragmatic with the squad, any manager would want to eventually implement his style as soon as possible, this season has just exposed how many players in the squad lacks the ability to play on the front foot expansively and close down quickly when losing the ball, how the defence needs to be overhauled, how the squad is crying for depth in quality, how the likes of Eriksen and Casemiro need to be replaced ASAP, how we need wingers to feed in balls to Hojlund instead of trying to be the main guy on the counter, How the team is absolutely lacking fitness, we need to improve the squad, this squad will do the same with any manager with an attacking front foot approach.

He didn't - the midfield was a problem with a gaping hole in it, yet he wasted money on Mason Mount and brought in an ill-fit for the Premier league in Amrabat. Whose faults are those? In a window when the likes of Liverpool are bringing in Endo, MacAllister, Szoboszlai and Gravenberch! Leicester were being relegated - should have considered James Maddison and Tielemans at potential cut prices. Defence was also another issue - didn't bring in anyone. Nah, INEOS must disband the team and the manager!

They couldn't even get Gravenberch who apparently ten Hag wanted them to take a look at. Forget about having the ears to ground to know that macalister has a cheap release clause. The weird thing for me is that I never even thought we were going to lose; even when the disallowed goal went in I was convinced it was going to get ruled out. I think it's because it was such a crazy game that it almost felt fake, like watching a movie, as if it was scripted or something. Especially with Coventry's second goal where Onana dropped to his knee instead of jumping and knocking the ball over the bar. It's almost like United wanted to go to extra time.

Nothing encapsulates what is wrong with this team to me more than Antony, cutting into an absolutely terrible position on the edge of the box, taking a shot straight into a defender, giving possession straight to Coventry, then them countering and scoring within a minute. The mentality and decision making of our team is absolutely shambolic.
