I wanted to say, Esther yu is very talented. Esther is a less than one month trainee compare to the other trainees who join that have 1-9 years stage experience. Her improvement is quite surprising. Yeah I really love her personality too. She’s a total package with her voice quality. I say she deserves that seat. I love others too like xin liu and all the9 but it’s so wonderful to witness someone’s journey to excellence who started from no Idol stage experience. I love Youth with You 2 for showing me that! Also her charisma is exceptional!

I actually prefer this group. Their performance is cutely refreshing , natural, and very light to watch. Team B looks matured on the other side and they just made it swaggy and funny. Esther also improved a lot, and Xueer is really good.

Lack of confidence I think the mentors meant that she always stays in her comfort zone, not being able or afraid to look ugly or bad in front of people, say, Shaking's or Frhanm Shangguan's level of confidence, she would really won this competition no doubt. She's my bias and I really hope she finds that light in her to not be so scared what others think of her and her appearance.

Lack of confidence I think the mentors meant that she always stays in her comfort zone, not being able or afraid to look ugly or bad in front of people, say, Shaking's or Frhanm Shangguan's level of confidence, she would really won this competition no doubt. She's my bias and I really hope she finds that light in her to not be so scared what others think of her and her appearance.
She wasn't confident because she never really does cutesy concepts so she felt much more insecure, if you look at her in the Ambush performance with babymonster an, she is oozing confidence because those concepts are what she's best at but she killed it here regardless 😭
