I'm currently pretty low-income myself, but I managed to gather together just enough disposable income to buy myself three (pretty low-value) Axies and a small stash of AXS- I'm playing with the mind of this being a small business, and I've been personally grinding for the past few weeks since I started for SLP purely in-game for breeding. I may be starting small and low-tier, and my Axies may not be great, but I'm going to breed enough for a second full team so I can take on a Scholar, and gradually improve my existing stock through breeding and eventually buying more to add to it once I'm earning anything from it. I know starting extremely small and lower-tier makes things more difficult, but I'm looking at this long-term and plan to slowly claw my way up to making this thriving and sustainable, one day at a time! I really respect your mentality with this, and am looking forward to helping both myself and others with this enterprise when I can! It's slow, it's tough, I could probably save myself a whole lot of time and difficulty if i didn't have to start out buying as cheap as I did, but I'll get there! :D
@@Happyfour I started with three Axies, and now I'm up to five so far. It's tough and slow, and I'm pretty sure that all of my Axies so far are still on the low-end, but it's great to see the numbers build up! My original three were a plant, a bird and a beast- I had a low budget, so I even bought two of them as eggs to hatch, since it was cheaper. I also bought them all about a month ago, when the prices seemed cheaper- I invested about £300 in total for buying the first three Axies and covering fees (a bit over $400 right now) and later I spent about £43 (about $60) on about 8.5 AXS for breeding. I've bred twice so far, and all SLP for that I earned purely in-game. Adventure mode is easy enough to do for SLP (when you focus on gaining EXP first to be able to reliably beat further levels for greater SLP gain, at least) but still slow, and arena mode is rough. Just getting those 5 wins to get the extra 50 SLP from the daily quest takes ages with low-tier teams, so keep that in mind. I had to put in a lot of grinding for a few weeks now to save up enough SLP to breed at least three more Axies, now I'm taking a break from that and focusing on breeding what I can- getting the breeding chain going is a little slower and more complicated than this video with only three to start with! I probably got the majority of my SLP from the daily quest- I spent all of my daily energy on adventure mode first (to get the 10 adventure mode wins and more EXP for quicker earning in adventure mode) and then played arena mode purely for the 5 daily wins to claim the daily quest bonus. Arena mode is pretty miserable with a cheaper/non-competitive team, and takes a whole world of patience and a bunch of time to eventually get those 5 daily wins, but it's doable. It depends on how much money you can put in, and how easy you want to make it on yourself- four decent 0 breed Axies would be ideal if you want to save yourself a lot of time and effort, but if you do it like I am, prepare to be very patient and take a lot of time building it up! Set yourself your next big goal, and work towards that until you reach it, then move on to the next one and slowly work your way up over time! I started by aiming to grind like crazy to level up enough to get decent gains per level from adventure mode, as well as getting myself enough SLP for at least three breeds. now that I've done that, my current goal is optimising those three breeds from the Axies I have (prioritising as many as possible first, then the best quality possible breeds from what I have) They're still probably all pretty crummy for PvP so far, but that's ok- I'm still creating a lot of value from breeding more in the first place, and they will all slowly improve over time as the breeds get better. Basically, a whole ton of patience + time, but it'll be tougher at first (and probably for a while) and slowly get easier if you're dedicated enough!

NFT transfers are not protected by a refund system so if you make a mistake, there is no option to undo the transfer.

Great point! I think there are a few ways to handle this. If you have an SPV or LLC that you can associate your Axie dealings with then yes I would highly recommend using a contract with scholars. This way you'd be able to utilize more tax breaks and not worry about the implications of having "employees" to report. If you don't want to handle it like a business and are running on a small enough scale, then cashing out half the SLP and sending the ETH directly to your scholars can easily fall under P2P exchange and does not have to be reported in any way.

You can also do a rental service. Seems the safest to me. Scholars pay a daily fee of SLP to the Manager. Btw, since I started with Aquas, currently I am considering just to breed Aquas only for triple Aqua Scholarship Teams. Aquas seem to be decent enough to work like that, what do you think?

3 Axies takes longer as you have to wait for morphs and work back and forth to get enough Axies to make a network. With 4 Axies you already have the necessary numbers to scale from the first breeding session 😁

Really happy to hear my videos are helping you out! If you want to buy AXS right now, I highly recommend you transfer ETH to your MetaMask and add the new AXS contract to it. Then go through either Sushiswap or Uniswap and make sure you’re trading for the upgraded AXS token (refer to the Binance page talking about offering SLP and AXS to make sure you are buying the right contract.) once you have it in your MetaMask wallet, use the bridge function on the marketplace and sync them to your ronin wallet. Hey Sugar, hope you enjoyed the video, Axie has a lot of potential to create return and I believe you have a strong enough budget to start an effective business strategy, I started with about 1k back when ETH was half the price it is now so I’m sure you can do it. My best suggestion would be to start with a very nice tank that you can compete in high ranking leaderboards with. Then you should get either 3 reptiles, 3 aquas, or 3 plants (Includes your first plant), if you choose 3 plants then buy and use a cheaper bird and beast as your Arena team. Make sure the 3 breeding Axies are somewhat similar so you can create a breeding network between them. I am going to be releasing a video this week talking about the 3 Axie breeding network because it seems many people are curious about that system. You’ll need to play for at least a month or so before you have enough SLP to breed effectively so for now, just look at getting a good starting team to begin playing by using the advice I mentioned in this comment 👍

Ok, how can it possibly be profitable to breed axies right now when it literally costs roughly $4000 to breed 4 parents, five times? And that's not even including the cost of getting the 4 parents in the first place. With 10 offsprings and selling 6 for $700 on average, you're in the negative and loosing. Maybe it's profitable for people who are loaded up on ASX and SLP from way before the prices pumped, but at these current prices, it's not profitable to breed now for new people coming in. Am I wrong? Because I just don't see how this is profitable when it cost over $4000 to do a round of breeding 4 parents. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
You’re breeding too many times or not breeding the right Axies. Plus you’re considering the price of entry and exit after 1 generation, it takes time to scale and if you play you also offset the breeding material cost substantially as you claim. The ROI gets even higher if you forego the initial profit and develop scholarship accounts to further offset breeding material costs. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme, it takes time, planning, and substantial amounts of capital to turn profits 🙏
@@Bavubuka Plants are the most saturated market at the moment and the prices do not justify breeding 5 times, your breeding material costs definitely outweigh the potential ROI at this point. I recommend you look to stay around 4 breeds. (97-99% plants) at 4 breeds is profitable with my current calculations, and you will still get twice as many Axies out of a chain (couple) From there I say you continue to play and flip the less pure ones to continue offsetting the AXS cost and be patient with your SLP earnings to acquire a net positive status on breeding over the next month. Then you use that to do a large breed, sell off everything besides the 4 Axies you need for the ABCD and look to buy at least 1 or 2 scholar teams with reasonable priced Axies around 0.2-0.25. At that point you will just need to be patient as your scholars and you continue to earn SLP and offset more breeding material cost to increase ROI. I get the feeling you bought your plants when prices were high and that is unfortunate, but in time you will see a return for sure, just don't keep fronting the cost for SLP with WETH.

Very valid point to bring up, let me try to break it down a bit more. Although the system I showed you can scale endlessly, there are 2 major limiting factors to be considered: First is the resources for breeding, such as SLP and AXS tokens, there is a very limited amount that can be obtained on a bi-weekly basis. The second is the random mutation aspect to breeding which inevitably creates "runts" throughout the process, once again limiting the amount of sellable Axie's in circulation. One final thing to mention is that so long as the player base continues to grow, having more Axies in circulation is a good thing! Rather than resulting in an oversaturated market. Hope this helps answer your question 😁
I respect your opinion on this matter but I don’t agree with it. For me, success is a legacy, not a paycheque, plus the main Axie Infinity discord literally has a bot that offers a very similar diagram to this so it’s not hidden knowledge. My final point is that whether or not you do this, there are plenty of limiting factors to keep the market from being over saturated so don’t worry. Just be happy you are one of the people who does know about this system 🙏

This is simply a means for me to diversify and scale my digital assets. I know this game will stay profitable for awhile because as the market starts to negatively dip the devs will make changes to help promote market health, eventually this game in particular may lose its opportunity for massive profits and that’s okay. The connections and substantial relationships I’ve made while playing and offering education to others who are more in need of the income than me will not disappear quickly. I leave you with this piece of advice, don’t look for short term opportunistic gains, look for long term impact and success. @@TheGo4live As the owner of a very successful business, your greedy mentality is the worst for a business owner to have. When I was younger, I worked for some with that mentality. It made a horrible working experience. He had a high turn over rate and 0 emplyee loyalty. He lasted 4 years. 2 years spent crashing and burning, because no one wanted to work for him because he was all about the money he was making rather than helping his employees learn and grow and creating loyalty. You should want people to play Axie and make money. It creates stablity. Not every one -- In fact 90% of people arent going to use axie effectively to make income even with a guide. However videos like this one will keep their interest in tbe game.

Ok, how can it possibly be profitable to breed axies right now when it literally costs roughly $4000 to breed 4 parents, five times? And that's not even including the cost of getting the 4 parents in the first place.
With 10 offsprings and selling 6 for $700 on average, you're in the negative and loosing.
Maybe it's profitable for people who are loaded up on ASX and SLP from way before the prices pumped, but at these current prices, it's not profitable to breed now for new people coming in.
Am I wrong? Because I just don't see how this is profitable when it cost over $4000 to do a round of breeding 4 parents.

You’re breeding too many times or not breeding the right Axies. Plus you’re considering the price of entry and exit after 1 generation, it takes time to scale and if you play you also offset the breeding material cost substantially as you claim. The ROI gets even higher if you forego the initial profit and develop scholarship accounts to further offset breeding material costs.
This isn’t a get rich quick scheme, it takes time, planning, and substantial amounts of capital to turn profits 🙏
@@Bavubuka Plants are the most saturated market at the moment and the prices do not justify breeding 5 times, your breeding material costs definitely outweigh the potential ROI at this point.
I recommend you look to stay around 4 breeds. (97-99% plants) at 4 breeds is profitable with my current calculations, and you will still get twice as many Axies out of a chain (couple)
From there I say you continue to play and flip the less pure ones to continue offsetting the AXS cost and be patient with your SLP earnings to acquire a net positive status on breeding over the next month. Then you use that to do a large breed, sell off everything besides the 4 Axies you need for the ABCD and look to buy at least 1 or 2 scholar teams with reasonable priced Axies around 0.2-0.25.
At that point you will just need to be patient as your scholars and you continue to earn SLP and offset more breeding material cost to increase ROI.
I get the feeling you bought your plants when prices were high and that is unfortunate, but in time you will see a return for sure, just don't keep fronting the cost for SLP with WETH.

Very valid point to bring up, let me try to break it down a bit more. Although the system I showed you can scale endlessly, there are 2 major limiting factors to be considered: First is the resources for breeding, such as SLP and AXS tokens, there is a very limited amount that can be obtained on a bi-weekly basis. The second is the random mutation aspect to breeding which inevitably creates "runts" throughout the process, once again limiting the amount of sellable Axie's in circulation. One final thing to mention is that so long as the player base continues to grow, having more Axies in circulation is a good thing! Rather than resulting in an oversaturated market. I respect your opinion on this matter but I don’t agree with it. For me, success is a legacy, not a paycheque, plus the main Axie Infinity discord literally has a bot that offers a very similar diagram to this so it’s not hidden knowledge.
My final point is that whether or not you do this, there are plenty of limiting factors to keep the market from being over saturated so don’t worry. Just be happy you are one of the people who does know about this system 🙏
@@0xGuru yeah for now the market is profitable thanks to the developers of the game and the community, but i am telling you this just because i noticed that you are the only one on youtube who explains this directly to everyone. I am a business owner too and i invested all my 2021 earnings in this game, and believe me bro once a business model is crowded its no longer profitable due to a lot of reasons i think you as a business owner will know that too
@@TheGo4live this isn’t supposed to be a system to go all in on. As a business owner you should also realize that putting all your eggs in one basket is foolish and is almost always doomed to fail. This is simply a means for me to diversify and scale my digital assets. I know this game will stay profitable for awhile because as the market starts to negatively dip the devs will make changes to help promote market health, eventually this game in particular may lose its opportunity for massive profits and that’s okay. The connections and substantial relationships I’ve made while playing and offering education to others who are more in need of the income than me will not disappear quickly.
I leave you with this piece of advice, don’t look for short term opportunistic gains, look for long term impact and success. You’ll never be concerned about sharing knowledge that helps others improve their lives if you look at your choices in life this way.

@@TheGo4live As the owner of a very successful business, your greedy mentality is the worst for a business owner to have. When I was younger, I worked for some with that mentality. It made a horrible working experience. He had a high turn over rate and 0 emplyee loyalty. He lasted 4 years. 2 years spent crashing and burning, because no one wanted to work for him because he was all about the money he was making rather than helping his employees learn and grow and creating loyalty.
You should want people to play Axie and make money. It creates stablity. Not every one -- In fact 90% of people arent going to use axie effectively to make income even with a guide. However videos like this one will keep their interest in tbe game.
