This reminds me so much of my 3D design failures of last winter! I wasted over ½ a spool to make a 35mm pinhole camera that works using sprockets... 🙄 But now I'm building a 4x5 camera with a duplet lens using a pair of dollar store magnifying glasses, complete with waterhouse stops and a gravity powered shutter.
@mhaustria I did not actually create the camera. I just tested the coverage on my 4x5 ground glass to see the image quality and coverage. However, if I were to do it, I do have a flood lamp, very bright. The 126 lens is much clearer compared to the microscope lenses but yours is much better for the quantity.

Can we take a moment and appriciate the work and the quality behind this video 🔥
thanks Andi. Means a lot. I heard it the second time in a week. It's lots of work to cut everything together so it its more fun to watch

Gratulation für die Idee, die Geduld und den schönen Erfolg! 👍
Vielen Dank!
I really like it ❤ good job
Thanks a lot!
IT looks like a big phallus 😅
omg the shape of it...
I was just playing with some microscope and 126 camera lenses like 2 months ago. Fun experiments.
How did you manage the light setup?

You almost want some kind of adjustable extension on your lens board.
exactly that was my idea for the last board, but still I would have needed more :)
Nice! :)
Thank you 🙏
you did that on purpose
To work on it that long?
@@mhaustria or to mistake a large format camera for a microscope
@@mamumonkan I got some images from back then yesterday. So maybe I give it another shot with some special light setup to really use it as microscope
@@mhaustria 👍
