- Today, we're putting together Mcfarlane's Dc Multiverse Batman & Robin Mr. Freeze buildable figure! I really enjoyed this set, but have a lot of critiques for this set, and hopefully I can help shed some light on this subject.

McFarlane isn’t the best at making toys… but he’s the reason most figures have good articulation. Great review!!

I got this set from McFarlane also, I actually love the whole wave my only gripe is the scaling between the 4 main figures and the only real problem I had with freeze is the silver not matching but it doesn't really bother me that much!...
p.s. you have his shoulder pads backwards!
Man mcfarlane never learns from their past mistakes when it comes to making these figures. Believe me they have good sculpts. But there are still some flaws and that need to be fixed like you said. Hollow parts, loose limes, hard articulation, lack of accessories, not a proper straight neck and of course the diaper that nearly every single one has. I just hope that one day they’ll finally fix all of these.
you should definitely do a showcase of certain characters, like every batman you have, every joker, every spiderman, robin etc.
Freeze is 100xs better than the old 97 figure we got when the movie came out.
If you dnt like the Freeze just custom and repaint to your own liking. That's what I plan on doing. They skipped painting the sleeves on ivy so I painted them in. Just do same with freeze.
What needed painting on Ivy's sleeves?
I just got my set today and seriously just came on UA-cam to see if anyone else had the issue I had with my Freeze and his ability to hold his Ice Cannon. The way he does hold it look so stupid 😂 He needs much better arm articulation.
Mine does not lose grip and articulations are good.
I have the same issue of lightness on some Mafex figures, if you're paying a lot of doh for a figures you want some weight 🤔

I wish I had that Mr. freeze so I can customize it, and make it look amazing by using true chrome
I haven't even bothered to put him together. I wanted the 4 individual figures but I wasn't interested in the build a figure.

I didn't know people actually wanted to see them lol. I have the 2B coming in February and Jolyne has been sitting in my cart on Plaza Japan, along with D4C. I'll definitely be grabbing them one of these days 😁

That set costs me 200 bucks Australian. Thats around 150 usd. Those discrepancies you mentioned makes it a even bigger spit in my face. after you only paid 90 bucks for the whole set in the states.

@@beebziecollects Haven't opened yet. Yeah you have to be pretty insane to collect in Australia. So hard watching toy content on UA-cam from the states because of the major discrepancies in price.
I paid like 70 for the whole set, I am in China.
I think Mr Freeze's head looks too small compared to the other figures

I really don't like the movie. The figures do look really good. Since each figure looks really good, you might as well get the whole wave. I just found Batman, Robin, and Poison Ivy at Walmart for 16 bucks each. I hope I find Batgirl.
