kinda crazy julard freestyled a lot of rounds I kinda find it hard to enjoy julard though and have always liked kaji so I'm a bit biased xd julard freestyling made the transitions from counter to actual beat actually cool though which is respectable for sure I like julards stage presence though, the twerking got me ngl

Whether Julard wiining gbb has a positive or negative impact remains to be seen. Beatbox battles are in danger of becoming a kind of arms race where power might start to matter more than artistry and musicalty. But if that power can be focused into something with a bit more heart and soul vibe..
Its battles. I stopped watching gbb when everyone did music and prepared rounds. i always loved napom freestyling and being in the moment and battling. i love watching Julard even though he has a long way to go as his structure is lacking
@@never1163 There is a lot I really enjoy about Julard - he's amazing to behold. As for freestyling, D-Koy is my faveourite with that. I think it should be a balance though. I think if people stopped preparing and only freestyled, it would be a far more hit and miss affair and the quality of music of the event would go right down.
@@flowride4184 d-koy is very underrated true, i also enjoyed footbox in 2021 and his battle with dkoy was peak. i think balancing would be best of both but could also feel random/off yk

For me it is the opposite I find it hard to appreciate Kajis rounds but this for sure is personal preference but both are crazy strong.
