This went from interesting to mid. Most of the story is is him using the phrase "I gotta get back to my roots", without him actually trying to, I feel like the story was made for action vs storyline progression

It started off good and aggressively got worse because it basically turned into main character stronger than everyone. He beats his teacher who's supposed to be strong he beats people who are supposed to be in the same range as him and there's basically almost no characters other than demons who he still easily beating because of the harama situation in his body it's like Naruto but take away any real challenge. And no one is catching what he's doing he just used three different kinds of what I'm going to call magic which would not be normal for someone like him. And he's killed two demons was it supposed to be almost impossible for someone at his level
What do you want the author to do? Make MC a weakling or just an average guy who is the same as his 'peers?'.. Aang was the strongest human and he now has an 8-finned demon inside him and you expect him to evolve/get stronger by normal means?!! And of course, he is gonna surpass most people quickly because he needs to get absurdly strong very fast to overcome the unexpected events he is gonna face, yk.. MC stuff

Nah it gets better as it goes. Good at first. Mid in middle. Then picks up again.
