@@drmetroyt I don’t know if it is different from your country but where I live and also in the USA, one of the core responsibilities of pharmacists and especially inpatient pharmacists and clinical pharmacists is to treat patients using medications. Pharmacists are the ones who provide medication therapy management (MTM), they take the patients history of medications and through that check possible drug-drug interactions, they find alternative drug dosage forms and if there are no other drug dosage forms they compound a new dosage form. And the list goes on, so yes they do in fact treat patients with pharmaceutical interventions.
@@drmetroyt also I don’t know if you ever taken a pharmacology class but the professor doesn’t just give you a list of medications and says memorize it for your exam 😅 no they learn first the normal physiology of the body then they learn the Pathophysiology of the disease then after that they learn how to treat that disease through pharmaceutical intervention.
there is no comparision between knowledge of doctor and pharmacist. doctor is any day better than pharmacist. except remembering drugs which is only area pharmacist works.. while a doctor has to know everything about human body.
Pharmacist r just as important, without them Ud be getting the wrong dosage and the wrong types of medicine. U can’t compare them cuz they’re 2 different fields, they’re both important in their own ways. A doctor can’t do a pharmacists job and vice versa
U dont even know what a pharmacist study. The pharmacist doesnt study less then the doctor he simply study DIFFERENT things. The pharmacist studies the chemist aspect of the drugs, their synthesis and their structure (the doctors dont know anything of this), they study the industrial and the production aspects along with technology and pre-formulation. We can literally make, synthetize, produce the drugs U take to live. U dont know shit

This looks unfair to the pharmacist. A medic should compete with a medic.
At least make the questions equal between diagnosis and treatment

The questions were not equal for this one. You should have had equal number of questions in terms of diagnosis and treatment
Why should pharmacists know cranial nerve names 😂
Because we actually study it ?
As a b pharm graduate, I knew all of it except for the paracetamol overdose one. We study Human anatomy and physiology too.
