I watched every single interview they did promoting this movie. They were sour about the incredibly negative reception of the movie so you can feel that coming through in many of the interviews. these interviews are all gold.
I swear the negative reception makes little sense. awesome show was well liked even then. this movie is in line with that shows humour. it should have been received better
Nah their interviews have always been like this, even before Billion Dollar Movie. This was not because of the movie, it was just part of their routine from the start,
daaamn this is so good. i can only guess that because Tim is so close to laughing half the time that this is almost entirely improvised, which makes it even more brilliant and hilarious
8:22 eric recovering from their mutual near-breaks is amazing. Like he’s mentally just seeing a man get murdered to save himself from breaking in laughter
Ok almost 6 minutes in before the best punchline! I'm assuming Tim and Eric made a move that brought in over a billion in box office, But "billion dollar movie" is what they invested into it, NOT THE TAKE HOME PAY 😂😂😂😂
1:33 well thank you and i am Tim Heidecker and i appreciate all the work that’s gone into the making of the film, i wanna congratulate myself, my friend, uhh and sometime par-uh friend- sometime friend, Eric Wareheim, for all the work he’s done on the film as well including also helping organize craft services and helped with coming up with 1 of the ideas of the film.. which you’ll be able to see if you watch.. the film 🙂
One of the hallmarks of their style is insincerity. Tim’s murder trial for example, it tickles you not because of punchlines but just because you see people acting out a blaise carbon copy of some figment of our reality and just because you know it’s not real and it’s utterly pointless it becomes really funny somehow.
These guys are the funniest thing I’ve seen! I’m from England and I love vic reeves and Bob Mortimer. Check them out! Free running, search that to get you started
Unfortunately, I had the video on mute the entire 22 minutes and missed what T&E said. Does anyone have the written transcript of this interview? I'd like towatch it again while following along with the transcript or maybe acting it out with my Pep Pep.
I heard that chippy was their butt baby, and the reason they were always looking for it, was because they initially banished it, because it was an evidence of how they disgraced themselves, but Eric discovered that he could be drawing welfare if he kept it.
they're just sitting there absOlUtely wasting my time and i love it
I love how Tim is willing to consider that some of the malnourished boys who died in their care went to hell
i randomly just thought of that and had to pull up this interview just to watch it again… it’s so fucking funny 😂
I love Tim & Eric, and I honour them and I honour their families
And I honour their love
god bless Tim and Eric and all the work they've done to expose the vaccine scientists.
Esp pep pep
I like to imagine that every private conversation between these two plays out exactly like this
The slow heavy mouth breathing of Eric is beautiful
You can tell Tim was right on the edge of laughter many times and literally gymnastically contorted his face and changed the subject to avoid it. 😆
like 1:02, what the hell is looking at lmao?
@@nicholas6870 I think that was more of a "can we get a..." typical quote from tim, wanting approval from some invisible offscreen director/manager

They should be proud it was so widely hated.
This movie is a bizarre, disturbing, and disgusting trip and I'm so glad they made it!
I swear the negative reception makes little sense. awesome show was well liked even then. this movie is in line with that shows humour. it should have been received better
I thought tne were lame at first I watched the movie and warmed up to them more I didn't know people hated it

All that Oscar talk had me thinking I was watching a different show
I got the Oscar fever
I believe it's spelled Oscer actually
@@akeithing1841 no you can spell it both ways.
I imagine them thinking in their souls its a giant brass Oscar the Grouch.
Tim Heidecker be looking real dapper with that 1970s haircut and stache.
Announcing that you have some pictures in your wallet that you can only share with the person next to you is hilarious.
the "where were we" joke he makes at 6:40 is so underrated lmao
Strike the 'M', throw in a 'B', ya got yaself a billion. It's just that easy.
"I took a plunge inside Tim's body when I thought he was Katie"
"I made it by myself" LOLOLOL!!!
10:15 i legit laughed at that quotable
And that really t’d me off.
0:28 a four star film, for us 😂
holy shit Tim's omega-forced straight face 12:50, must've been so hard not to laugh at that. Also Eric cracks at 14:42
“The actual positive relationship between these two men is positive. Sorry, it is” makes me lose it EVERY time
Tim is trying so hard not to laugh when Eric says “Tim and Up” after the cigarette boat award show surprise entrance
My pep pep loves the billion dollar movie
daaamn this is so good. i can only guess that because Tim is so close to laughing half the time that this is almost entirely improvised, which makes it even more brilliant and hilarious
Tim giving off serious "Steven Toast" vibes here, lol.
8:22 eric recovering from their mutual near-breaks is amazing. Like he’s mentally just seeing a man get murdered to save himself from breaking in laughter
Sometime friend, Eric Wareheim. (Helped with one of the ideas in the film).
This movie was a blast!
The whole croud went crazy durind the now famous "wolf scene".
I nearly choked laughing myself! Twice!
THEY LITERALLY SPENT ONE BILLION ONE THIS MOVIE AND IT SHOWS WOWZA GREAT JOB
Ok almost 6 minutes in before the best punchline!

That mustache tho
When I observe Tim & Eric I can't help imagine what Casey and his brother could have been if they just had nutritional parents
I go deep and he went deep
God i love them
15:02 “Glod” hahahahahahahaha love that moment

@@ianspillman2742 Good job trying to stigmatise thinking about things.
Insincerity delivered with total sincerity.
Blaise?
What?
Tim kinda rocks a mustache
I like how Tim plays off the peanut mnm anecdote like its a real scoop.
14:01 lol at Tim moving in for the kiss
Love them forever! Life is beautiful with Tim and Eric!
We need a Tim&Eric's Trillion Dollar Movie or nah !?
Great movie. The quotables thing is actually true, it seems. The GF and I are constantly quoting little bits of that movie.
Bonjor!

Can't wait to see this movie!!!!!
these autogenerated timestamps are so good wtf
when will they make a two billion dollar movie? We want the sequel.
16:20 Eric breaks, haha
Seriously one of their best things
Its a bit different knowing Tim was almost stabbed to death. You can see it in his eyes.
It's funny because when I read that Tim was saying "you can see it in the eyes."
"How did you get the money from Schlaaaang?"
"Well, it is a very long, story."
"he told me on day one my favorite thing is penis m&Ms... Not the chocolate ones..." Lol
I always wondered if people missed that 😄
@@ArtVandelayOfficial when he said not the chocolate ones I was like...? Wait he said... Lolol they're quicker than quick with this stuff don't blink!
Tim finally found the perfect haircut! I don't know if Eric will ever find his 💇♂️ I kind of like his moosetache as well!
this is so wholesome and fun
I need to see bloopers from this.
I love a nutty bar
More of a penis m&ms guy myself
Wish I could spend 30 minutes over brunch on day for a new idea .
Tim's grace the others is something.
Whats funny is when Tims iscmentioning the Oscars, I dont see him as On Cinema Tim here lol
Really is a different kind of Oscar Tim
Smells like a nus
PAUL SHEEAR
yep
Hope Tim got his dogs put to sleep at before 4am
I think it was a mistake to not have “I lost my doggy” make the final cut
..People would’ve went ape crazy over that quotable

They put a wolf in
I sneezed at 15:02 and it was perfect timing.
