My desire to see you try out my very much non-budget loadout has not ceased. I'd love to see some video of you using a Sparks or Sparks Sniper with a FMJ&Slug Lemat. I know it is expensive, but the versatility is unrivaled IMO.
@@Timorio I'm not bringing the LeMat to use specifically as a finisher. If I wanted to do that, I'd take a quartermaster hunter with Flechettes. The primary point that I'm making with the LeMat is that the combination is easily the most versatile combo in the game. With the Sparks Sniper being able to deal the best damage of any weapon at mid to long range, bringing the FMJ and Slug LeMat gives you a pistol that will let you comfortably fight at any distance short of mid range. The slug is there to give you a strong chance against shotgun users inside of buildings. Especially given that the meta has turned to the Slate+Uppercut combo, having that pocket slug is a very smart choice now.
would a martini be a worthy alternative? I am bothered by the "tap" on the top right side - it restricts the view. Does his dmg lose a lot in distance compared to sparks?

I usually play this with Martini Henry Riposte + Caldwell Handcannon, think the farthest flechette kill I got with it is 50-60m. The sabre on the martini is so nice for PvE and point-blank. :D
This seems like the perfect situation to replace the Sparks with a Martini though. The faster reload may actually be a deciding factor in a loadout with no pistol

I was using sparks and flechette and I sparks someone in the chest and quick swapped and tagged them with the flechette it did zero damage but they bled out hahaha. This has been one of my favorite load outs to mix it up for awhile.
Long ammo + flechette is a really good combo! No perks necessary except Quartermaster: Martini Riposte + Rival Handcannon [flechette]. If you have perk points: Mosin [Bayonet] or Berthier [Riposte] PLUS Terminus handcannon [flechette] + levering or Specter Compact [flechette] Bulltergrubber and iron sharpshooter are optional

I had a question though, did you mean the two tap range for large shotgun fletchette is 60m or is that just the range you can connect shots? Because 60m two tap sounds kind of crazy
Also just to check is it actually possible to get a 1 shot kill with sawnoff flachett headshot? It said it's base dmg is like 75 or something that seems super low. But duno what the headshot dmg multiplayer /individual pellet dmg is.

I love using this build, but I burn through hunters like it's nobody's business and then the worst is my rng luck with how rarely I end up getting hunters with quartermaster. What's the best replacement if you don't have quartermaster and no mosin obrez? (I have a hard time with the ads sway)
@@PsychoghostGaming Doesn't that basically apply for all special use case items? I mean if you take FMJ rounds and don't ever have to wall bang technically you were better off with normal rounds. Sure if you two tap someone and they die either way than the poison wasn't a factor. But if you don't drop them and they make it around the corner they will be an easy pick off even if it takes you 15 seconds to close the distance, (unless mithridist) if they aren't poisoned you only have about 5 seconds until they are full health and gun up. Though I'm not sure if the syringe heal will prevent a bleeding death before it finishes the animation. I know the health kit stops bleeding immediately. But lets say you miss your flachette shot. if they are poisoned you are still at a massive advantage. I guess what I'm asking is does it reduce your chance to drop someone on the two tap more than negligibly. Because if it's only a couple points of damage lost at the same distance and at that distance it's already more than 10 points over kill, than it seems worth while but not often a factor. Also worth noting that poison sense can be combo'd into the build to help with tracking if the shotgun doesn't do the trick.
I used to run a similar Loadout to this when DeSalle was pretty new to the game with a mosin obrez and spectre compact, no quartermaster necessary and still got the job done 👌

I actually really like the long ammo + flechete shotgun combo (mostly the rival or terminus with levering) , but I usually prefer martini over sparks for that. But I am a long time martini enjoyer do that's other thing.
I prefer the Caldwell compact over the specter compact, now I’m not knocking the specter bc it is an amazing shotgun, I personally can’t seem to find the rhythm for it so I go the easy route and just add the double barrel… and of course the sparks is a nasty gun and I love it, especially the fire torn skin ( beautiful skin )
Since the playstyle with this loadout is different, I kinda prefer the spectre. You're only really trying to tag them with the shotgun and then swap back to your other gun. Specter's spread is tighter and you have more rounds to work with.

No, because the flechette is only tickling at range. You need a hard hitter as a buddy. You can swap the sparks for other rifles with high damage at range
Thumbs Up for this, flechette forives minimal aiming mistakes, more memish would be the silent sparks with small crossbow choke dart^^ should work even around corners, no medium second slot needed, but mah on distance... what about the boomstick (shortened springfield explo ammo) instead of flechette?!? love this loadout, ususaly use it with the rival handcannon, but i didn't realize that gun with bleed is incapable of 1 shoting even point blank and i got salty and stopped playing :D oddly enough while using this was one of the few times i actualy 2 taped someone with the sparks. hit them and then thought they where out of range for the shorty so just shot again bit overkill but fun times :D
im often playing duo. the bleed + sparks combo is reaaaally good. we take sparks sniper + springfield bleed and consitently get instant kills at stupid long ranges (communicate and time your shots). its super fun.
Does anyone having problems with traps it doesn't give me kills just kill assist. Is it a bug ...it happens often why Hunt is ruining this game ..I mean every body has their own playstyle ..

I started using your budget loadouts, and I must say I’ve been so happy playing with them. The sparks bornheim combo is a killer.
Now you can run this loadout without quartermaster thanks to the sparks pistol

It seems like a waste to use the LeMat with Sparks and not take advantage of the buckshot finisher. Might as well use another rifle at that point.

I sometimes play Sparks + short Springfield with explosive rounds. Get a hit marker and then just bang near the target for a confirmed kill.
Failfield explo seems to have a reason to exist,too. its also okay for blast closed windows and doors, more a tool than a weapon
After finishing the video I feel like fletchettes should be able to one shot at 6 meters or something similar to DB

I def. change the knifes for the axes, why? because you only need 2 for killing the armored grunts, and even one if you aim to the head or the back

60M is the max range for the pellets, not for a two tap.

You can. But you will realize really quickly it's very often not worth the effort
