    Pattern 1:
Fold 2 of the 4 strands together.
Twist a loop and pull one side through to create a temporary knot.
Using the two strands on the right-hand side:
Create 6 lark head vertical knots
Release the temporary knot by pulling gently on the opposite two strands and tighten the ends of the lark knots.
Using a mat or clipboard, pin or clip the sides of the knot loop created above together to form a ring.
    Using the two center strands:
Make one larks head vertical knot, using the right-most strand as the working strand.
    Using the two right-most strands:
Make one larks head vertical knot, using the right-most strand as the working strand.
    Using the two left-most strands:
Make one larks head vertical knot, using the right-most strand as the working strand.
Fold the third strand in half and add it to the left-most strand with a larks head knot.
Create a half larks knot using the top-most strand of the one just added.
Create a half larks knot using the bottom-most strand of the one just added.
Tighten and slide up to the working pattern.
Repeat the same for the right side, with the fourth strand.
Separate the right and left sides, four strands to each side. Move your clip or pins to hold the "arms" you just created.
(Rows) Working with the right side first:
Take the left-most strand and hold it across your work; this will be the anchor strand for this entire row.
Make a half larks head vertical knot using the next left-most strand twice, continuing to hold the first strand to the right side.
Repeat the same with the last two strands.
Repeat this process until you have 4 rows (including the "arms").
Repeat the above for the left side strands, but reverse the sides (work from right to left).
Take one outer strand from both sides (left group and right group) and slowly pull the sides together.
Create a locks head vertical knot, with the right strand as the working strand and tighten to hold the sides evenly together.
    Turn work over.
Using a simple knot, align and knot together each pair behind your work until you reach the vertical knot at the bottom. You should have 3 knots and one larks head vertical knot.
Turn work over; right side facing up. Re-clip or pin and separate the sides (four on the left, four on the right).
Working with the right side first:
From left to right, pick up the first and third strands.
Work two half larks head knots. Do the same with the first strand and the second strand.
If you are working with beads, add your first bead to the fourth strand.
Using the third and fourth strand, work two half larks head knots.
Repeat the process above for the *rows (work strand one with two, one with three, etc.).
If I continue, I will update.
I hope this helps someone! 💕

The pink one is .5mm, 4 cords at 190cm each I wish she would let us know where she gets her cording or recommendation of where to get them. Amazon has a ton but I'd love to know exactly the one she uses.

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas la manipulation des fils à 6:49. Même avec une vitesse lente, je n'arrive pas à comprendre comment il faut disposer les fils. Merci pour votre travail !
