Munawar Faruqui Interview: शो कैंसल होने, राजनीतिक तंज़ और कॉमेडी पर क्या बोले मुनव्वर फ़ारूक़ी?

- "जब तक देश में प्यार, शांति और कॉमेडी पसंद करनेवाले समझदार लोग तुम्हारी तरफ़ हैं, तुम्हें सपोर्ट कर रहे हैं तो नफ़रत ज़्यादा दिन जीत नहीं सकती." ये कहना है स्टैंडअप कॉमेडियन मुनव्वर फ़ारूक़ी का. बीते दो महीनों में मुनव्वर फ़ारूक़ी के 12 से भी ज़्यादा शो रद्द हो चुके है. हाल ही में मुंबई और बेंगलुरु में पुलिस की इजाजत न मिलने की वजह से उन्हें शो रद्द करना पड़ा. पुलिस ने शांति भंग होने और सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव के उल्लंघन की आशंका के चलते आयोजन को रद्द कर दिया था. लेकिन मुनव्वर कहते है, "कभी हार होगी, तो कभी जीत. लेकिन रुकना नहीं है." तो फिर ऐसा क्या हुआ कि लोगों के चेहरे पर चंद लम्हे मुस्कान लानेवाला ये शख़्स "अब बस्स" कह रहा है? दरअसल मुनव्वर ने कुछ ही दिनों पहले आपने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा था '..अब बस्स हो गया'. इसका क्या मतलब है पूछे जाने पर मुनव्वर ने बताया, "मुझे मेरी बात कहने को नहीं मिल रही थी. पिछले कुछ दिनों में कुल 15 शो रद्द हुए हैं. मैं सोचता था, चलो ठीक है. लेकिन लोगों को समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि में किस दौर से गुजर रहा हूं. मैं कोई ख़तरा नहीं हूं. मेरा शो देखे बिना कैसे कोई कह सकता है कि ये ग़लत है? इसलिए तब ऐसे लगा कि अब बस्स हो गया."
