Shanil and Calvin, I’m looking for a gimbal to do videos primarily with an iPhone Pro Max. How has this gimbal worked for you? I have seen that it doesn’t have a mobile app that may stop you from special features like auto tracking and time lapse. I thought it would a good gimbal in case I wanted to use a small camera also. I was looking at the Moza Mini P also because it has a mobile app for additional features. That’s a lot but just wanted your input 😬
@@llb365 it works perfectly with my 12 pro max. Can be a bit tricky switching from vortex to follow mode if you don’t re-position your hand (upright) the gimbal locks up.
As for tracking, I’m using Filmic Pro therefore I don’t need the tracking function.

I think I get the idea. Balancing separately. But I'm a little confused. I balance the horizon tilt axis.. and then I balance the vertical tilt axis. I have to push the horizon tilt all the way forward and have the vertical up about a quarter of the way up from the bottom in order to get it to stay put facing forward. But as soon as I balance the vertical tilt, the weight shifts back too much and the phone will fall backwards when unlocked. Shouldn't they work together to stay balanced all together? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

As long as you add your phone in the same position then it’s fine.
My tilt (horizon) axis won't balance even when slid all the way forward it still drops back (display faces down). What do? May smartphone is the NOTE20U.

Found a FLAW in the new Zhiyun Crane M3: when built-in light is turned up anything above 50% (to 100%) brightness, the handle (or motors) vibrate. From 1% to 49% brightness, it's fine. I'm using my iPhone 13 Pro Max with SmallRig Cage. BALANCE CHECK multiple times: manually and autocalibration. 100% repeatable. Confirm on YOUR end please? :) Thanks! - Maybe the energy from the light affects the motor torque strength? Above 50% light setting I feel a soft “brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr”.
I don’t have any issues with the light (iPhone 13 pro) soo I think you have a faulty m3… get it exchanged

Oh yes! Balancing is a piece of cake! But then connect it to your camera!! I have tried it with my Canon, Sony and Nikon! NONE of them work! So i go back to the shop to return it. They contact the importer and get the answer "buy the bluetooth set, and it will work". But it DIDNT, more then CANT PAIR, i didnt get!! So i send a mail to their "customer service". In all SEVEN mails. And i didnt get ONE answer!! This is a typial " BUY it, PAY it and p@@ss off" kind of company! BTW it wont work with filmic eigther!!
