Yeah I want to hit challeng... platin in league as a support 💀 just kidding, I think endgame and replayability are very important topics and I can enjoy games with either feature. I needs to be good tho
Endgame has a different definition in arpgs than it would say in chess. For as long as i can remember anything after you can do to keep enjoying the game, even ng+, after the campaign is "endgame" Might be a bit too late to try and change that.
I would take a stance that it has the same definition. "The final stages of a game." can be interpreted in many ways, but ultimately, it will soon come to a proverbial 'end' one way or another
@@Rane501 Of course my man. I enjoy the style of videos you put out. I have about 600hrs in Last Epoch so I watch that stuff too but No Rest looks like I"ll be watching that stuff too!
Gamers keep asking for unlimited content in end game it is not a realistic expectation as no software company can keep rolling out new content without charging develoment fee. I have stopped playing many great games like Elden Ring and Armor Core 6 as I have completed all NG++ end game cycles and am happy the game is truly Ended for me and I move on. What ARPG developers like Last Epoch and Diablo 4 offered in End game in ARPG is just put random affix in your gear to make you do repetitive grind for the perfect gear. All items dropped in Eldem Ring have perfect roll, same as Armor Core 6 and even BG3, that's why those are award-winning game. I will not play any ARPG loot game like D4, LE, or even POE as they insult our intelligence with artificially extended replayability by randomised your gear.
i see where this is coming from but there's a very VERY fine nuanced line between artificially extended replayability and just plain playability. D4 embodies the former, and PoE and LE MOSTLY embody the latter... imhoooo
I agree. Replayability is a better idea to pursue than separating a game's lifecycle into a start and end-- at least for aRPGs.
at least
Map Poe system..here are your rifts
lmao
I upvote/like anything that trashes D4. It hurts my heart to see how far Blizzard has fallen. Thank God for small development teams!
lmao tell us how you really feel
Absolutely agree

Lol awesome!
Glad to see you still around the channel even though I'm not covering D4 :)
