  • How to Make Iced Vietnamese Coffee!
When it comes to coffee and condensed milk, most recipes end up being delicious. I've already shared the famous Café Bombón. Also I'll share the Spanish Latte, which is derived from the Café Bombón.
Based on the feedback we received from friends, we think it's time to share a Vietnamese Coffee recipe and video!
Firstly, it's highly recommended to get a Vietnamese coffee brewer, which is affordable and easily available on Amazon.
    Recipe:
-30g of sweetened condensed milk (adjust the amount according to your preference)
-Use 20g of dark roasted or well-developed coffee beans for a more enjoyable taste. The grind size should be coarser than your usual filter coffee settings.
-Start by pouring around 50ml of water to bloom the coffee for a minute. If you grind the coffee finer, let it bloom for a longer time.
-Fill the brewer to the max and wait for it to finish brewing.
Overall, it's a simple process and perfect for travel or camping!
Taste-wise, the ratio of coffee to condensed milk and the use of dark roasted beans make for a delicious coffee beverage. You'll enjoy the sweetness and creamy aftertaste of the condensed milk while savoring the taste of the coffee.
