in series pipeline 3rd activity has skip link.. first 2 has no skip link.. it automatically skip.. then why 3rd set variable activity has skip link to send email/wait activity

Nice explanation but his can be implemented using two pipelines too one Pipeline with all the activities and other pipeline (send email) will be called on failure of first
