If I taken product is profit center, then I can I take plant wise report.
My case is (one plant two products are manufactured)

Create two profit centers
If u pull the report at company code level that will represent plant

Profit centers are based on requirement. If you have two product categories , create two profit centers again it depends on requirement.
Coming to plant ,you said you have one plant. For one plant nobody is going to create anything since company code itself is enough.
