The laundry needs to be a minimum of 5’ for the washer and dryer to be side by side.
Plus a laundry tub width should there be one against the same wall.
As for the plumbing, possibly that could be incorporated in a base cabinet of the bar, then rerouted to the new wall location ?
If its wrong for you now, for sure it will be wrong later, so now is the time to change it.
