Hi Ian, have you painted a saw blade? I tried 1 and the tape pulled the tape off. I sanded the blade, put gesso on it, then the acrylic on. Do I need to prepare the blade differently so the acrylic will stick? thanks for all the lessons, you have made me enjoy painting again, and even like them!
you will need a primer or bonder on the blade first then gesso and paint it other wise the paint will not adhere to the metal

Can you tell me what blending brush you actually use please?
synthetic bristle brushes, they dont have a name, if you live outside of australia i can send you the ones i use they are 45 USD through paypal
