  • Explore the concept of non-violence and why it is the first step of spirituality. Find out the difference between physical and mental violence and the importance of realizing the impact of violence on our lives. Achieve inner peace by feeling oneness with every living being and giving them freedom. Embark on the greatest path of spirituality and realize the connection between living beings. Learn the importance of self-analysis for living a peaceful life.
Acharya Shree Yogeesh deeply explains what non-violence (ahimsa) is. Non-violence is usually understood as non-reaction and no violence in thoughts, actions, and speech, especially amidst conflict. Acharya Shree transcends this common worldview and discusses that real non-violence is the actual nature of the soul and that the karma and clouds surrounding it are the violence that blocks the soul from freedom. To achieve total freedom, Acharya Shree shares a practical way, a spiritual technique, to eliminate violence through the power of self-analysis.

Wow, this teaching is absolutely heavy and can only come from a true master. Took me decades of introspection, self inquiries and discipline to overcome toxic emotions, especially anger. It's very simple but not easy and you definitely need a true master to guide you and make it less painful and yes, there is liberation after it and there are more obstacles to overcome.
For out of the abundance of the heart are words spoken and actions made.
    Thanks for sharing!

if i may make a humble request for this year's paryushan. can we go over the subject of JUSTICE?
injustice is the source of a lot of suffering/rage and there is a LOT to say about his topic. maybe a talk about it would be a tremendous benefit. thank you for all that you do.

I have a question for Acharya Shree: If a person starts on a spiritual journey and becomes very serious in it similar to a monk/nun, but then falls off the journey after a couple of years, what happens then? Has the journey ended? Or is the journey now continuing in the worldly affairs following the precepts? Is it a karmic block and how to remove it? Or is it temporary glitch? I see this as a problem for young seekers who need to stop halfway and continue other worldly things in life, like working, self sustaining, taking care of a family. etc. It is also common in those who are self made seekers without monastic support or live masters.

Anita V Our Spiritual quest is never ending. So please do not be disappointed or give up. Doing what needs to get done is also following your Spiritual Path. That is also the message in the Bhagwan Geeta. Having said that, in your free moments you can continue to listen to the wise words and guidance from Masters such as Acharya Shree. Swami Sivananda is a great example. He was an MD doctor and had a family life. He undertook Sanyasa after fulfilling all his worldly obligations. He went on to initiate many other Swamis, including Swami Chinmaya Nanda, and Chinmaya mission has a worldwide presence.
Like you, I love listening to Acharya Shree. If you heard his Paryushan talks, you will be completely mesmerized with the depth of knowledge they provided.

How can we stay on thespiritual path, with the need for money, and when people hate you ?

Try not to worry about what others think about you too much. I know it can be hard to do. As long as they aren't harassing you anyways, usually this means that they are jealous of you. Money is necessary if we live in the world like most others. Some people renounce everything, but that's for very few. Then there are people who become obsessed with money, this happens all the time, society even tries to push people this way. These people are actually never satisfied, because they judge their worth in comparison to what material objects they have compared to others, and there is always going to be those with more. I really hope it's easier for you now being almost a year since you wrote this. I would recommend that you find the time to meditate and search within and you will find peace. The best technique I have found is to clear your mind of all thoughts, and when any come just let those go by without putting any extra effort into it and once you become even a little bit successful, you will start to notice big changes. You will access your bliss body even at the beginning stages of this technique. Just make sure to empty your mind completely, which is difficult, but it will get easier over time. I'm sorry that you are having such a hard time with the way people are acting towards you. I hope you can find peace within yourself and not give any worries to what others think. There will always be those who are unkind to us in life, but I really do think it's their shortcoming and not a reflection on you. They may be jealous in different ways, or it could be something else that we don't know, but as long as you treat them the same as everyone else, they will either come around, or become more frustrated. Whatever the outcome is, as long as you try your best to make things right, then it is all on them. If this is the case then it's probably best that they aren't in your life. If they are going out of the way to make things hard for you, I would ask why, and if it doesn't work. Then perhaps you could report them if it's at your workplace or avoid them if it's anywhere else. I wish you the very best. Please remember that you are a wonderful soul and the thoughts of others are thought of jealousy if they are going to try to bring you down. Take care. 🙏

@@azaramoon4027 I hope everything works out for the best. It's easy to become obsessed with money nowadays. Money is a huge part of our lives. He'll realize what it is that truly matters one day. I'm sure as a parent you wish you could do everything you can to make things easier for him, but some lessons we have to learn on our own. Take care. 🙏
