It's absolutely work, of course no fees at all. All you need to do is: 1. Compressing the corrupted file into (*.zip) by rename it; 2. Opening the .zip file and find out the (document.xml) file inside it; 3. Renaming (document.xml) to (document.html) and open the file. That's all, thank you very much !!!

Thanks for easy trick. I noticed a great differences while comparing chrome vs explorer. In my case explorer recovered many more than chrome.

For those who cant open the zip: open it with winrar or 7zip then extract it and rename document.xml to document.html
I'm trying to left click on the corrupted document but it keeps loading and never opens. I'll keep trying. Do you know what could be the problem?

reason could be that file is corrupted badly. you may try 3rd party tool which are available over the internet.
