I use a mix of forex and credit card I rarely carry cash but you can carry usd and change it there. And as for the son I forgot the name but in the video I’ve shown which company I got so you will find info there.

No nothing like that. They don’t even ask all those things even if they do then show first booking.

You only get an immigration entry stamp. No physical or sticker visa is put on passport. And no biometrics is taken

No need to show cash. They don’t ask. But carry like 100-200 ringgit or dollars just in case.

Yea that’s what I told in my videos and it’s confirmed by the airline officer too. You need return or onward ticket.

No you don’t. But carry at least 10-20k INR converted into MYR or USD if you’re worried. They don’t ask anything usually. I never carry cash at immigration

If it’s same pnr and same terminal then no. Different pnr then it’s better to contact airline they will be able to guide you better.

No you don’t need any other documents. It’s just like flying out of India. You can get visa on arrival in Bali and visa free in Malaysia. Just make sure passport has 6 months validity and 2 pages left and flight ticket out of both country either to home country or onward destination.

Thanks bro for your reply. One more help required from you. I am booking ticket from Delhi to langkawi, with Airasia. MakeMyTrip and other sites say self transfer, even though connecting flights are AirAsia.Airasia site doesn't mention anything for the same flight. Should I keep a buffer of few hours at Kuala Lumpur, to finish immigration, even if i won't have to do recheck in?
If it’s the same PNR then you will finish immigration at langkawi not KL. Even if it’s self transfer I think since the end point is langkawi you will do all the paperwork there itself. Still I’ll say ask the airline as air Asia is not good with such things it’s best to get an confirmation from the airline itself before booking

As far as I know you don’t need a transit as PNR is same. But if you really want to be at peace call the airline up they always have and give present day rules and scenarios. But in my opinion and experience you don’t need a transit.

Aisa kuch nahi hai. Mera onward tha to Thailand but they didn’t ask me any details. You can go to Singapore by bus but u need to keep the ticket ready at the immigration and airline check in as they will as proof of onward travel. So book a bus ticket online and take a printout of it. Use 12go.asia to book it.

I will say consider a tour operator as they will be able to give best prices as you are four people. If you want to know then I’ll say per person catch 45-50k but it can be lower too if you go for budget hotels with local food and public transport.

The last port of embarkation will be Thailand and for flight number put the flight from Thailand to KL as technically you’re going to board a new plane from Thailand.

That’s a lot of flights on air Asia. Just keep in mind that you usually don’t need transit visa if terminal is same but air Asia has last minute bad practices when it comes to delays. Anyways the visa to Malaysia is free so there’s no issue here but I will still say contact air Asia and explain the layovers so there’s no surprises.

Hi! They don’t ask for any kind of bank accounts proof at airport. I have put a tour guide on my channel with all budget breakdown. However I say for a family of 3 consider hotel cost+transport and food cost. These things varies as per budget from person to person but Malaysia is not an expensive place so the budget won’t go too high.

Usually toh India me yeh sab nahi puchte par kabhi kabhi Thailand me immigration puch leta hai yeh but bohot hi rare case hai ke document, paise aur return ticket puche koi for Thailand.
Actually sir mein KL ja raha hoon and then to thailand by fligh but till date meine thailand se return ticket nahi liya. My issue is will indian immigration wale return ticket ke liye poonchenge ya nahi.

You can as visa is free right now but to reach city centre takes 2 hours plus the time to explore and then 2 hours back plus immigration time has to factored in so calculate the trip accordingly also you’ll have to fill the MDAC form. So it’s a task but if you want to do then I leave it up to you. It can be done ✅
