Bro it doesnt have feedback means when you draw 24 v that means you can only take few milliamps and then it will drop its voltage therefore he doesnt show us voltage at output but at good side is its cheap , but it will heat up lot
U can increase ampere by just using coil with more thick wire... Remember More turns of wire on coil means. More Voltage and. More thickness means. More current

i have 36 volt led strip i made a converter 12 to 36 volt but it draws more current ,i did not found suufficient converter in net un fortunately ,i saw yours converter i think its works pretty well
You can add voltage feedback to this circuit just by adding a potentiometer between output and ground which whiper is connected to the base of a 2N2222. Connect the emitter to ground and the collector to the control voltage pin 5 of the 555 timer. The potentiometer acts as a voltage divider which transforms the desired output voltage into 0.6 V at the base of the 2N2222. The charge / discharge control of the timing capacitor can be done simply by a resistor between pin 3 and pin 2. pin 7 is not needed for this control function. Simply connect pin 2 and pin 6.

You said that, your circuit has no feedback process. Then, is it safe for any kind of load except motor? I've a boost module, which you have shown, XL4009 Booster Module. I connected a motor to the output of this module and voltage kept at 5 V which is not much for the motor. But as the motor feeds high current and I didn't know module's maximum output current rating, the IC became very hot. Then I'm asking you, what this problem comes in this circuit or not? Well thats a good video, just wanted to check what I want to build is even worth it. Another Tip: If an LED strip is all you want to light with a Lithium ion battery, just add few solder bridges on the strip itself so that individual LEDs get 3.7V (Strips usually have 3 in series in each unit), no need to build complex circuit
