I recently visited Albania as part of a wider Balkans trip and was very surprised - in a good way! Beautiful scenery and some of the friendliest people you will find anywhere. Great video!

There are a lot of beaches honestly and they are quite different. Check out the Ksamil and Albanian Riviera videos and you’ll get a good idea I used DJI Mavic Air
I have really enjoyed your video.. I am a frequent traveler to Europe. 6 to 9 months at a time. The Schengen country's are strict regarding Covid. I have many questions. Would 2 to 3 months be too much time in Albania? My wife and I are in no hurry. Are the winter months good along the coast? Would it be better to rent a car or hire a driver to places we want to go? Thank you so much. Craig
@@brownboytravels Good morning; Thanks for your quick response. I have a few more questions, if you don't mind. The reason that I am choosing Albania at this point is that, From what I understand, Albania does not require any type of Covid testing if flying from the U.S. My wife and are not vaccinated. My plan is to fly to Albania, spend maybe 3 weeks then travel to neighboring countries that you mentioned. Do you know if there is any kind of Covid testing to enter those country's? I do understand traveling back to the U.S. may require some kind of testing.. Thank you so much. Craig
In the sixties the regime of the time helped the communist countries of Africa and saved their children. They lived in Albania all their life . Now days there are a lot of football players and other business people. At the moment are many refugees from North Africa.
I’d think so, I met 2 girls who were there solo and had no issues, I personally find Albanians to be very friendly and helping 😊 Can’t say for sure though
tap water isn't an issue for me. I'm in the London. I don't drink the tapwater here. I don't think anyone in the UK does apart from in Scotland and maybe in spa towns like Bath or Leamington Spa.
Stop coming in Albania you are skyrocketing apartment prices the average monthly salary in Albania is 200 EURO Albania is chip for tourist only not for locals
Beautifully presented, and you really have inspired me to visit Albania very soon. Thanks a lot, from a British expat in Istanbul. ❤️
Fun fact the Albanian currency Lek (the abbreviation of alb. version Aleksandër) is named after Alexander the Great.
Nah,it is named after our king, "Leka Zogu I"

Is it true you don't need a test to visit?
No test, no mask , no vaccine. But you have to check with your own country what rules they have retuning from Albania.
Amezing and beautiful Albania

unfortunately you can see far too much of you and far too little of the country in this video!
Then you need to see my other Albania videos where there’s a lot more of the country and a lot less of me, this is a travel guide only
